Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Bidang Sekretariat Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner secara tertutup dengan jumlah sampel 63 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Weight Means Score (WMS) untuk variabel X (Beban Kerja) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,35 yang terdapat pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan variabel Y (Efektivitas Kerja) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,54 yang terdapat pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,675 yang artinya Beban Kerja memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat dengan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai sebesar (7,149 > 1,999) artinya Ha diterima terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Beban Kerja dengan Efektivitas Kerja. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh sebesar 45,6% terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 16,201 + 0,676x yang artinya setiap penambahan poin Beban Kerja maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan Efektivitas Kerja sebesar 0,676. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Beban Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Bidang Sekretariat Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. The result of data processing is the correlation coefficient of 0.675, which means that Workload has a strong correlation or relationship with Employee Work Effectiveness. The results of the significance test obtained a value of (7,149 > 1.999). It means that Ha is accepted, so there is a positive and significant relationship between workload and work effectiveness. The results of the determination test found that Workload had an effect of 45,6% on Work Effectiveness and the rest was influenced by other factors. Then the results of a simple regression analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 16,201 + 0.676x, which means that each additional Workload point will be followed by a change in Work Effectiveness of 0.676. It can be concluded from this research that there is a positive and significant effect between Workload On Employee Work Effectiveness In The Secretariat Of The Education Office Of West Java Province.
