Interaksi yang intens antara individu dengan kelompok teman sebaya, menjadikan lingkungan teman sebaya sebagai lingkungan kedua setelah lingkungan keluarga. Remaja khususnya siswa SMA, tidak menutup kemungkinan terhindar dari berbagai fenomena seperti bullying. Fenomena bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan SMA kadangkala terjadi dikarenakan seorang individu yang tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Resiliensi dalam diri individu, perlu dimiliki lantaran hal ini sangat penting dalam menghadapi lingkungan yang semakin kompleks. Lingkungan teman sebaya memiliki andil terhadap bagaimana resiliensi pada diri individu bangkit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya terhadap resiliensi remaja korban bullying di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang tersusun dalam angket kemudian disebarkan dengan bantuan Google Form. Hasil penelitian ini, bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa korban bullying terhadap resiliensi remaja berada pada kategori yang tinggi, dalam penelitian ini dukungan teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan resiliensi remaja korban bullying di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Bandung, dan tingkat keberhasilan resiliensi remaja korban bullying yang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan teman sebaya pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Bandung cukup signifikan. Dengan demikian, dukungan teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh terhadap resiliensi remaja korban bullying di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Bandung.

ABSTRACT

Intense interaction between individuals and peer groups, making the peer environment second only to the family environment. Teenagers, especially high school students, do not rule out the possibility of avoiding various phenomena such as bullying. The phenomenon of bullying that occurs in the high school environment sometimes occurs due to an individual who cannot adapt to the surrounding environment. Resilience in individuals needs to be possessed because this is very important in facing an increasingly complex environment. The peer environment has a contribution to how resilience in individuals rises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer support on the resilience of adolescent victims of bullying in Bandung City High School. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires arranged in questionnaires are then distributed with the help of Google Form. The results of this study, that the level of understanding of bullying victim students on adolescent resilience is in the high category, in this study peer support has an influence in increasing the resilience of adolescent victims of bullying in Bandung City High School, and the success rate of bullying victim adolescent resilience influenced by peer support in high school students in Bandung City is quite significant. Thus, peer support has an influence on the resilience of adolescent victims of bullying in Bandung City High School.
