Abstract
Era revolusi 4.0 yang terjadi saat ini ditandai dengan munculnya industri digital dan kemajuan teknologi yang mengharuskan dunia pendidikan untuk mencari strategi pembelajaran mengikuti perkembangan. Salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan adalah pembelajaran berbasis personal digital inquiry, yaitu pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif melakukan penyelidikan dalam memperoleh informasi solusi permasalahan melalui teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi berupa hasil analisis Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Personal Digital Inquiry terhadap Penguasaan Konsep dan Self Directed Learning Siswa SMA pada Materi Virus. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental berjenis quasi eksperimental non-equivalent control group design dan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di dua kelas dengan jumlah partisipan masing-masing kelas sebanyak 30 siswa pada kelas X salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes penguasaan konsep pada materi virus serta kuisioner self directed learning dan tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran personal digital inquiry meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa dengan rata-rata nilai posttest 66,50 dan meningkatkan self directed learning dengan rata-rata skor 131,367 (tinggi). Siswa memberikan tanggapan baik terhadap penerapan pembelajaran personal digital inquiry sebesar 66%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berbasis personal digital inquiry terhadap penguasaan konsep dan self directed learning siswa. The current era of the 4.0 revolution is characterized by the emergence of the digital industry and technological advances that require the world of education to find learning strategies to keep up with developments. One of the learning that can be applied is personal digital inquiry-based learning, which is learning that involves students actively conducting investigations in obtaining information on problem solutions through technology. The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information in the form of analysis results of the Effect of Personal Digital Inquiry-Based Learning on Concept Mastery and Self Directed Learning of High School Students on Virus Material. The research design used is an experimental type of quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design and uses purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in two classes with 30 students from each class participating in class X of one of the public high schools in Bandung City. The research instruments were concept mastery test questions on virus material as well as self directed learning questionnaires and student responses. The results showed that personal digital inquiry learning improved students' concept mastery with an average posttest score of 66.50 and improved self directed learning with an average score of 131.367 (high). Students gave good responses to the application of personal digital inquiry learning by 66%. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that there is an effect of the application of personal digital inquiry-based learning on students' concept mastery and self-directed learning.
