Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sumedang yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh dari variabel self-efficacy terhadap variabel hasil belajar dengan variabel lingkungan belajar sebagai variabel yang memoderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan subjek penelitian, siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sumedang sebanyak 288 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan memberikan 21 pertanyaan kepada siswa. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda dengan Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA) serta melalui pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1) tingkat self-efficacy berada pada kategori sedang, tingkat self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar 2) lingkungan belajar berada pada kategori sedang, tetapi lingkungan belajar memperlemah pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa sementara 3) Hasil belajar siswa berada di bawah KKM dengan persentase sebesar 52%. Kata Kunci : self-efficacy , lingkungan belajar, hasil belajar ABSTRACT The research is based on the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri Sumedang Regency who have not yet reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of the self-efficacy variable on learning outcome variables with the learning environment variable as a moderating variable. This study used a saturated sample with research subjects, 288 students in class XI Social Sciences at SMA Negeri Sumedang Regency. Data collection used a questionnaire by giving 21 questions to students. Data analysis used simple and multiple linear regression with Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA) and through hypothesis testing t test and F test using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results of the study show: 1) the level of self-efficacy is in the medium category, the level of self-efficacy influences learning outcomes 2) the learning environment is in the medium category, but the learning environment weakens the effect of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes 3) Student learning outcomes are below the KKM with a percentage of 52%.
