Abstract

PENGARUH UPAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN SINAR RAHAYU MOTOR Imas1 , Mira Nurfitriya2 , Nizza Nadya Rachmani3 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Sinar Rahayu Motor. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Sinar Rahayu Motor yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel untuk melakukan uji pengaruh, yaitu Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Upah (X) dan Variabel terikat adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran upah dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan pendekatan verifikatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari studi literatur berupa jurnal dan buku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terlebih dahulu ke objek penelitian dan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa google form dengan skala likert kepada karyawan Sinar Rahayu Motor. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 responden. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji hipotesis upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 65% terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Sinar Rahayu Motor dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable pekerjaan itu sendiri, promosi, supervise, dan rekan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui dengan hasil R Square .653. Perhitungan olah data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. The object of this research is Sinar Rahayu Motor which is located in Bandung Regency. This study uses two variables to test the effect, namely the independent variable in this study is Wages (X) and the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). This research was conducted with a descriptive approach and verification using quantitative methods. Descriptive research aims to determine the description of wages and job satisfaction, while the verification approach is to determine the effect of wages on job satisfaction. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained directly from respondents while secondary data comes from literature studies in the form of journals and books. Data collection is done by prior observation to the object of research and distributing questionnaires in the form of a google form with a Likert scale to Sinar Rahayu Motor employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 10 respondents. The results of this study based on the hypothesis test that wages have a positive and significant effect of 65% on job satisfaction of Sinar Rahayu Motor employees and the rest is influenced by the variables of the work itself, promotion, supervision, and co-workers. The results of this study can be seen with the results of R Square .653. Calculation of data processing using SPSS version 20 program. Keywords: Wages, Job Satisfaction, Sinar Rahayu Motor
