Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keterampilan kemampuan gerak di Sekolah Dasar dan banyaknya peserta didik yang kurang antusias karena perubahan sikap hidup manusia dari banyak gerak kepada silap diam atau sedikit gerak di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan gerak (motor ability) peserta didik kelas atas di Sekolah Dasar Negri 113 Banjarsari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran dengan subjek penelitian yang berjumlah 61 peserta didik yang diambil berdasarkan teknik random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Motor Ability untuk Sekolah Dasar yang meliputi tes Shutlle-run 4 x 10 meter (kelincahan), tes lempar tangkap bola jarak 1 meter dengan tembok (koordinasi), tes Stork Stand Positional Balance (keseimbangan), tes lari cepat 30 meter (kecepatan), dengan validitas sebesar 0,930 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,870. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: Kemampuan gerak (motor ability) siswa kelas atas SD Negri 113 Banjarsari 113 Banjarsari berada pada kategori “Cukup”. ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the lack of mobility skills in elementary schools and the number of students who were less enthusiastic due to changes in human life attitudes from a lot of movement to a silent silap or a little movement during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of motor ability of upper class students at Negri 113 Banjarsari Elementary School. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The research method used in this study was a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements with 61 study subjects taken based on random sampling techniques. The instruments in this study used the Motor Ability Test for Elementary Schools which included a 4 x 10 meter Shutlle-run test (agility), a 1-meter distance ball catch throw test with a wall (coordination), Stork Stand Positional Balance test (balance), 30-meter sprint test (speed), with validity of 0.930 and reliability of 0.870. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis set forth in the form of percentages. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that: Motor ability of upper grade students of SD Negri 113 Banjarsari 113 Banjarsari is in the "Enough" category.
