Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap dua tipe self-blame yaitu; characterological self-blame dan behavioral self-blame pada perempuan yang pernah mengalami pelecehan seksual di tempat umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah 351 perempuan di Indonesia yang pernah mengalami pelecehan seksual di tempat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri mempengaruhi baik characterological self-blame (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) maupun behavioral self-blame (sig. 0.010 < 0.05). This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on two types of self-blame, namely; characterological self-blame and behavioral self-blame on women who have experienced sexual harassment in public places. This study used a quantitative method and the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were 351 women in Indonesia who had experienced sexual harassment in public places. The results showed that self-efficacy affects both characterological self-blame (sig. 0.000 <0.05) and behavioral self-blame (sig. 0.010 <0.05).
