Abstract
Sistem clutch adalah sejumlah mekanisme yang berfungsi untuk memutus dan menghubungkan putaran engine dari flywheel ke transmisi secara halus melalui kerja pedal selama perkaitan roda gigi. Sebelum putaran flywheel dan disc clutch sama besar sistem clutch akan mengalami gesekan antara flywheel dan disc clutch. Apabila gesekan kedua komponen tersebut terjadi terus-menerus maka akan menyebabkan keausan pada disc clutch sehingga akan terjadi slip atau putaran dan daya engine tidak dapat sepenuhnya dipindahkan ke transmisi. Tujuan analisis ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem clutch engine 3NR-VE L4 pada Toyota Calya tipe 1.2 G tahun 2019 M/T, mengetahui perubahan torsi pada sistem clutch engine 3NR-VE L4 dan mengetahui perawatan serta perbaikan sistem clutch. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur dan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap sistem clutch engine 3NR-VE L4. Analisis ini merupakan salah satu syarat penyusunan tugas akhir dan untuk memperoleh gelar Ahli Madya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, sistem clutch engine 3NR-VE L4 menggunakan jenis friction clutch tipe singgle plate clutch dengan media kerja dry clutch, perubahan torsi pada sistem clutch engine 3NR-VE L4 yaitu torsi engine mengalami penurunan sebesar 29 N.m dan perawatan serta perbaikan pada suatu sistem kendaraan dapat memperlambat keausan suatu komponen pada sistem tersebut. Tidak menahan setengah pedal clutch pada saat kendaraan antri di tanjakan adalah upaya untuk memperlambat keausan pada disc clutch. The clutch system is a number of mechanisms that function to disconnect and connect the engine speed from the flywheel to the transmission smoothly through pedal work during gear contact. Before the flywheel rotation and the clutch disc is equal, the clutch system will experience friction between the flywheel and the clutch disc. If the friction of the two components occurs continuously, it will cause wear on the disc clutch so that it will slip or rotate and the engine power cannot be fully transferred to the transmission. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the 3NR-VE L4 clutch engine system on the Toyota Calya type 1.2 G in 2019 M / T, to find out the changes in torque in the 3NR-VE L4 clutch engine system and to find out about the maintenance and repair of the clutch system. The method used is literature study and direct observation of the 3NR-VE L4 clutch engine system. This analysis is one of the requirements for preparing the final project and for obtaining the title of Associate Expert. Based on the analysis, the 3NR-VE L4 clutch engine system uses a single plate clutch type friction clutch with dry clutch working media, changes in torque to the 3NR-VE L4 clutch engine system, namely engine torque has decreased by 29 Nm and maintenance and repairs to a system vehicles can slow down the wear and tear of a component in the system. Not holding half the clutch pedal when the vehicle is queuing on an incline is an attempt to slow down the wear on the clutch disc.
