Abstract
Keterampilan sosial yakni suatu tugas kematangan anak yang harus dituntaskan. Cara mengoptimalkan keterampilan sosial anak diperlukan stimulus yang baik dengan mengarahkan dan membimbing anak saat bermain dan belajar. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak di sekolah. Kehendak riset tersebut guna mengenali usaha pendidik Taman kanak -kanak saat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung. Penelitian tersebut memakai pendekatan kuantitatif beserta desain penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpunan data memakai bentuk kuesioner dengan responden yaitu guru kelas kelompok B di Taman Kanak -Kanak Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung sebanyak 19 partisipan. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik analisis deskiptif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini beragam dengan berbagai bentuk upaya pengembangan keterampilan seperti pada perilaku interpersonal sudah pada katagori sangat tinggi, pada perilaku yang berkaitan beserta diri sendiri terletak dalam katagori besar, dalam perilaku yang berkaitan beserta keberhasilan akademik dalam katagori sangat baik, pada peer acceptance pada katagori sangat tinggi, dan pada keterampilan komunikasi berada pada katagori sangat tinggi. Bagi guru kelas sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran diharapkan mampu menguasai, memahami, dan mengaplikasikan upaya dalam mengembangkan segala bentuk keterampilan sosial anak, hal ini akan membantu dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Kata Kunci: Upaya Guru, Keterampilan Sosial, Anak Usia Dini ABSTRACT TEACHERS’ ENDEAVOUR TO DEVELOP SOCIAL SKILLS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNERS IN KINDERGARTEN (Survey research at Kindergarten, Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler, Bandung) Social skills are one of the tasks in children development that must be accomplished. To optimize children’s social skills good stimuli is needed in directing and guiding them when playing or learning. Teachers have important role in developing kids' social aptitudes at school. The reason for this exploration is to recognize kindergarten educators' endeavors in growing early kids' social abilities at Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler, Bandung in Kindergarten. This exploration utilizes quantitative methodology with study research plan. Information gathering is finished by surveys with 19 gathering B educators of Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Bandung Kindergarten as respondents. Information examination is finished by utilizing clear investigation. The aftereffects of the examination show that the endeavors of educators in growing youth social aptitudes changed with different types of ability improvement endeavors, for example, relational conduct which was at that point in an exceptionally high class, practices identified with oneself were in a high classification, on practices identified with scholastic accomplishment at awesome classification, in peer acknowledgment in a high classification, and in relational abilities in a high class. Class educators as agents of learning measure are relied upon to dominate at, comprehend, and apply endeavors in building up each type of kids' social abilities, as this would supplement the improvement of early kids' social aptitudes.
