Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh : Mochammad Mahfud Salah satu kewajiban bagi santri yaitu menghormati kiai dan ustad di pondok pesantren, namun di sekolah-sekolah umum saat ini, nilai rasa menghormati siswa pada gurunya sangat mengkhawatirkan. Alternatif model pendidikan yang ditawarkan untuk pembinaan akhlak adalah lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren. Pondok pesantren Al-Mukhlis Bandung, kiai dan ustad sangat dihormati oleh santri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode penelitian deskriptif, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan di lapangan sebagai berikut: pertama, materi nilai-nilai akhlak yang bersumber dari panca jiwa yaitu, keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, berdikari, ukhuwah islamiyyah dan kebebasan dalam kehidupan santri sehari-hari; kedua, internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak diterapkan melalui proses pembiasaan, suri tauladan, dan bimbingan berkesinambungan; ketiga, Kendala yang dihadapi dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak adalah kurangnya komunikasi intensif antara pihak yayasan, pihak pondok pesantren dan wali santri, santri yang membawa kebiasaan lama dari luar, pengaruh teknologi terhadap santri hingga kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat akan peraturan pondok pesantren dalam ruang batas antara pesantren dan masyarakat; keempat, kontribusi internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak ini adalah membangun kebijakan sekolah menerapankan tradisi kepesantrenan yang diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah umum yang berdekatan dengan pondok pesantren Al-Mukhlis Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi bagi sekolah umum untuk menekankan kepada siswa-siswinya untuk menjalankan tradisi nilai-nilai akhlak pondok pesantren Al-Mukhlis Bandung ke dalam kebijakan pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Internalisasi, nilai-nilai akhlak, panca jiwa   ABSTRACT By Mochammad Mahfud One of the obligations for students is to respect the kiai and religious teacher in Islamic boarding schools, but in public schools today, the value of respect for students to their teachers is very worrying. An alternative model of education offered for moral guidance is the boarding school education institution. Al-Mukhlis Bandung boarding school, kiai and cleric are highly respected by students. By using a qualitative approach through descriptive research methods, researchers use data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and study documentation. The findings in the field are as follows: first, material moral values that come from the five souls, namely, sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, ukhuwah islamiyyah and freedom in the daily lives of students; second, internalization of moral values is applied through the process of habituation, role models, and continuous guidance; third, the obstacles faced in internalizing moral values are the lack of intensive communication between foundations, boarding schools and guardians of students, students who bring old habits from outside, the influence of technology on students to the lack of public awareness of the rules of boarding schools in the boundary between pesantren and community; fourth, the implication of internalizing moral values is to build a school policy to implement the pesantrenan tradition which is applied in public schools adjacent to the Al-Mukhlis boarding school in Bandung. The results of this study become a recommendation for public schools to emphasize their students to carry out the tradition of the moral values of the Al-Mukhlis Islamic boarding school in Bandung into educational policies in the school environment.
