Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi, menjelaskan dampak program terhadap mustahik serta menentukan fase program pemberdayaan berdasarkan Indeks Pendayagunaan Zakat (IPZ) pada program Zmart di wilayah Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu anggota kelompok sebanyak 40 orang yang berasal dari lima kelompok program Zmart di wilayah Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan menggunakan sampel maksimum (maximum diversity sample). Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan alat hitung Indeks Pendayagunaan Zakat (IPZ) dan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Zmart di wilayah Jabodetabek berada pada fase penguatan, program Zmart turut memberikan dampak cukup baik terhadap mustahik pada dimensi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan dakwah. Sedangkan, pada dimensi lingkungan belum memberikan dampak yang cukup baik. Penelitian ini menemukan implikasi bahwa penambahan modal usaha dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan keuntungan serta kuatnya hubungan antar anggota program Zmart dapat meningkatkan motivasi anggota untuk berusaha, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial maupun beramal. Sehingga, program Zmart turut mempengaruhi produktivitas dan penambahan modal penerima manfaat berdasarkan teori zakat secara makro. Namun, BAZNAS perlu mengoptimalkan program Zmart dalam berbagai dimensi baik ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dakwah dan lingkungan supaya tercapainya fase kemandirian mustahik pada program Zmart. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were members of the group of 40 people from five groups of Zmart program in the Jabodetabek region. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling using maximum diversity sample. The analysis technique used is by calculating Zakat Utilization Index (IPZ) and using Microsoft Excel application. The results showed that the Zmart program in the Jabodetabek region was in the strengthening phase, the Zmart program also has a considerable impact on economic, social, cultural, and da’wah dimensions. While, in the environment dimension has not had a good impact. The study found the implications that the addition of business capital can increase revenue and profit, the growing relationship between members of the Zmart program can increase the motivation to try, participate in social activity and make a fortune. Thus, Zmart program also affects the productivity and capital increase of beneficiaries based on theory zakat on macro. However, BAZNAS needs to optimize the Zmart program in various dimensions such as economic, social, cultural, da’wah, and environment.
