Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional guru dapat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Mutiara Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dalam bentuk explanatory survey dengan cara penyebaran angket model skala likert yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa AP kelas X di SMK Mutiara Bandung yang berjumlah 60 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil gambaran bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional guru di SMK Mutiara Bandung yang diukur melalui indikator pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasi, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individu termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup efektif, sedangkan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan yang diukur melalui indikator tekun menghadapi tugas, ulet dalam menghadapi kesulitan belajar, menunjukan minat dalam belajar, lebih senang bekerja sendiri, dapat mempertahankan pendapatnya, dan tidak mudah melepaskan hal yang diyakini termasuk kedalam kategori cukup efektif, dan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Mutiara Bandung. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin efektif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional guru maka semakin tinggi juga motivasi belajar siswa. This study aims to analyze whether the transformational leadership style of the teacher can influence the learning motivation of class X students in Archival subjects at Mutiara Bandung Vocational School. This study uses a survey method in the form of an explanatory survey by means of a Likert scale model questionnaire, which is analyzed using simple regression. Respondents in this study were all AP class X students at Mutiara Bandung Vocational School, amounting to 60 people. Based on the results of the study, the results show that the transformational leadership style of teachers in Mutiara Bandung Vocational School which is measured by indicators of ideal influence, motivational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual considerations included in the category is quite effective, while the level of student motivation in class X is measured through indicators diligently facing the task, resilient in the face of learning difficulties, showing interest in learning, preferring to work alone, be able to maintain his opinion, and not easily let go of things that are believed to belong to the category quite effectively, and based on the results of hypothesis testing that there is influence of transformational leadership the teacher towards the learning motivation of students in class X on Filing subjects at Mutiara Bandung Vocational School. So it can be concluded that the more effective the transformational leadership style of the teacher, the higher the students' learning motivation.
