Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi remaja yang memerlukan informasi yang benar, jelas, dan bertanggung jawab mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya wadah yang memfasilitasi remaja untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Informasi tersebut dapat diperoleh dari orang tua, sekolah, lembaga kesehatan, dan pihak-pihak yang dipandang lebih mengerti dan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memberikan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi. Pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi harus dikuasai oleh remaja sebagai bekal mempersiapkan kehidupan berkeluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data penguasaan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja peserta PIK-Remaja setelah mengikuti penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes hasil belajar dengan bentuk pilihan ganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel total sesuai dengan banyaknya populasi yaitu remaja peserta PIK-R Desa Selaawi Kecamatan Sukaraja yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata nilai penguasaan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang diperoleh remaja pada aspek tumbuh kembang berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi, pada aspek fisik berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi, pada aspek mental berada pada kriteria tinggi, dan pada aspek sosial berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi. Hasil capaian keseluruhan penguasaan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja peserta PIK-Remaja BKBPP Di Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Sukabumi lebih dari setengahnya berada pada kriteria tinggi. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini ditujukan kepada: 1) Remaja peserta PIK-R untuk selalu meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai seputar masalah remaja khususnya kesehatan reproduksi, 2) Pengurus PIK-R dan BKBPP Kecamatan Sukaraja dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk terus meningkatkan dan mensosialisasikan program PIK-R serta Program BKR dapat ditingkatkan lagi agar program PIK-R dan BKR dapat dijalankan dengan seimbang serta berdampingan, 3) Peneliti selanjutnya masih terdapat variabel kehidupan remaja lainnya yang belum diteliti, contohnya tentang manfaat penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi pada perilaku heteroseksual remaja. Identify the problem in this research is the need for containers that facilitate young people to find out information on reproductive health. Such information can be obtained from parents, schools, health agencies, and other interested parties are seen as more understanding and have a responsibility to provide reproductive health knowledge. Reproductive health knowledge to be mastered by the youth in preparation prepare their family life. The purpose of this study to obtain data on the acquisition of knowledge on adolescent reproductive health PIK-Youth participants after attending a reproductive health education. The research method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques such as achievement test with multiple choice. The sample in this study is in accordance with the number of the total sample population of the youth participants PIK-R sub Desa Selaawi Talbot totaling 40 people. The results showed the average value of the acquisition of knowledge gained adolescent reproductive health aspects of growth and development are at very high criteria, the physical aspect is the very high criteria, the mental aspect is the high criteria, and social aspects are at very high criteria . The results of the overall performance of reproductive health knowledge acquisition in adolescent participants PIK-Teens BKBPP in Talbot District Sukabumi more than half are at high criteria. Recommendations addressed to the results of this study: 1) Youth participants PIK-R to always improve insight and knowledge about reproductive health issues in particular youth, 2) Board PIK-R and Talbot District BKBPP can be used as an evaluation to continuously improve and disseminate program PIK- R and BKR Program so that the program can be improved further PIK-R and BKR can be run with a balanced and co-exist, 3) Researchers further there are other variables teenage life have not been studied, for example, about the benefits of reproductive health education on adolescent heterosexual behavior.
