Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan materi laju reaksi dalam buku teks pelajaran Kimia SMA/MA Kelas XI berdasarkan kriteria tahap strukturisasi dari 4S TMD. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan metode analisis konten. Analisis yang dilakukan terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu analisis peta konsep dan analisis multiple representasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada peta konsep, peta konsep materi laju reaksi dalam buku teks kimia SMA/MA kelas XI penulis A penerbit B sudah sesuai dalam beberapa hal dengan peta konsep standar yang dibuat berdasarkan kriteria menurut Novak dan Gowin, yaitu dengan terpenuhinya kriteria proposisi dan kriteria hirarki, sedangkan yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu pada kriteria ikatan silang dan kriteria contoh-contoh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada multiple representasi, multiple representasi materi laju reaksi dalam buku teks kimia SMA/MA kelas XI penulis A penerbit B secara umum sudah sesuai dengan multiple representasi standar yang dibuat berdasarkan kriteria menurut Treagust, yaitu sudah terpenuhinya representasi makroskopis, submikroskopis, dan simbolik, tetapi terdapat perbedaan pemaparan representasi makroskopis dan submikroskopis, dan sudah sesuai untuk representasi simbolik.;--This research aims to find the feasibility of reaction rate in Class XI High School Chemistry textbooks based on the stage structuring criteria of 4S TMD. This research uses descriptive evaluative research with content analysis method. The analysis consisted of two parts namely concept map analysis and multiple representation analysis. Based on the analysis of the concept map, the concept map of the reaction rate material in the chemistry textbook of Senior High School / Islamic Senior High School class XI author A publisher B is already suitable in several ways with standard concept maps made based on criteria according to Novak and Gowin, namely by fulfilling the proposition criteria and criteria hierarchy, while those that are not met are the criteria of cross ties and the criteria of examples. Based on the results of the analysis on multiple representations, multiple representations of reaction rate in the chemistry textbooks of Senior High School / Islamic Senior High School class XI author A publisher B in general are in accordance with the standard multiple representations made based on criteria according to Treagust, namely the fulfillment of macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic representations, but there are differences in exposure to macroscopic and submicroscopic representations, and they are proper for symbolic representations.
