Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan menyimak bahasa Perancis siswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model Flipped Classroom dengan media video daring; (2) menguji tingkat efektivitas penerapan model Flipped Classroom dengan media video daring dalam pembelajaran menyimak bahasa Perancis; dan (3) menginformasikan pendapat siswa mengenai penerapan model Flipped Classroom dengan media video daring dalam pembelajaran menyimak bahasa Perancis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test – post-test.Sampel penelitian yaitu 25 orang siswa kelas XI IBBU SMAN 1 Rancaekek Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling, dan instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dan angket. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil tes, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model Flipped Classroom. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari hasil tes kemampuan menyimak siswa kelas XI IBBU SMAN 1 Rancaekek Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 sebelum diterapkan model Flipped Classroom dengan nilai rata-rata prates sebesar 50,08/100 dengan rentang nilai kurang, sedangkan hasil rata-rata pascates tes sebesar 62,08/100 dengan rentang nilai cukup, sehingga terjadi kenaikan nilai sebesar 12 atau 12%. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik, diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,02 dan t-tabel sebesar 2,06 dengan taraf signifikasi 5% dan derajat kebebasan sebesar 24, sehingga t-hitung > t-tabel, maka dengan demikian hipotesis kerja diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Flipped Classroom efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menyimak bahasa Perancis.Berkaitan dengan penerapan model Flipped Classroom dalam pembelajaran menyimak bahasa Perancis di SMAN 1 Rancaekek, siswa memberikan tanggapan yang positif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil angket yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa (75,02%) mengaku tertarik dan lebih mampu menangkap informasi serta memahami materi pembelajaran setelah menggunakan model Flipped Classroom.;--This study aims to: (1) describe the ability to listen to French students before and after using the Flipped Classroom model with online video; (2) test the effectiveness of the application of the Flipped Classroom model with online video in learning French listening; and (3) inform students' opinions about the application of the Flipped Classroom model with online video in listening to French. The research method used was pre-experimental with one group pre-test-post-test research design. The research sample was 25 students of class XI IBBU SMAN 1 Rancaekek 2018/2019 which was selected by random sampling technique, and the instruments used were tests and questionnaires. The researcher concluded that there were differences in student learning outcomes before and after using the Flipped Classroom model. It can be seen from the results of the listening ability test of students of class XI IBBU SMAN 1 Rancaekek before being applied to the Flipped Classroom model with an average value of 50.08 / 100 with a range of "less" values, while the post test test average is 62.08 / 100 with a range of "sufficient" values, resulting in an increase in value of 12 or 12%. Based on statistical calculations, obtained a tcount value of 4.02 and ttable of 2.06 with a significance level of 5% and a degree of freedom of 24, so that tcount>ttable, the work hypothesis (Hk) is accepted and the zero hypothesis (H0) is rejected, so it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom model is effective in learning French listening. Regarding the application of the Flipped Classroom model in listening to French at SMAN 1 Rancaekek, students give positive responses. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire which shows that most students (75.02%) claimed to be interested and more able to capture information and understand learning material after using the Flipped Classroom model with online video.
