Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan dan preferesi siswa terhadap material bambu sebagai material material finishing interior, Dengan 2 jenis kelas experiment dengan post test berbada, tugas post test kelas experiment 1 adalah me-redraw dan me-render furniture bambu laminasi sedangkan kelas experiment 2 adalah me-render furniture bambu laminasi. Tes gambar ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sampai dimana penerapan penelitian bisa diterapkan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran Desain Interior Bangunan di kelas XI Jurusan Desain Permodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK PU Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desain true experimental dengan jenis posttest only control group design dengan populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI DPIB SMK Negeri PU Bandung. Sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa, yaitu siswa kelas XI DPIB 1 sebagai kelas experiment 1 berjumlah 16 siswa dan XI DPIB 2 sebagai kelas experiment 2 berjumlah 16 siswa sebagai sample angket. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi dan angket preferensi. Data yang diperoleh dari angket preferensi dihitung validasi dan realibilitasnya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 22.0 for windows. Sedangkan data wawancara dan observasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai data pendukung penelitian dan tes gambar sebagai evaluasi penelitian. Dan Hasil akhir setiap data penelitian akan generalisasikan. Nilai tes gambar kelompok exsperiment 1 sebagian besar (55%) siswa mendapat nilai dengan kategori Kurang Terampil (KT), sedangkan kelompok experiment 2 sebagian besar (56%) siswa mendapat nilai dengan kategori Terampil (T) . sehingga penerapan penelitian ini dapat diterapkan hingga siswa dapat me-render dengan textur bambu. Sedangkan preferensi siswa berdasarkan hasil angket preferensi setelah digeneralisai tiap indikator secara garis besarnya menunjukan hasil yang baik. ...... This research aims to determine how the application and preference of students towards bamboo material as material for interior finishing, with 2 types of experimental class with a different posttest, the posttest class experiment 1 task is to redraw and render furniture laminated bamboo while the experiment class 2 is rendering furniture laminated bamboo. This drawing test aims to measure the extent to which the application of the research can be applied. This research was carried out in the subjects of Building Interior Design Subject Student Of Class Department of Modeling Design and Information Building of SMK Negeri PU Bandung. The research method used is true experimental design method with the type of posttest only control group design with the study population are students of class XI DPIB SMK Negeri PU Bandung. While the study sample amounted to 32 students, namely students of class XI DPIB 1 as an experiment 1 class totaling 16 students and XI DPIB 2 as an experiment 2 class totaling 16 students as a questionnaire sample. The research instruments used included interviews, observation and preference questionnaires. The data obtained from the preference questionnaire are calculated for validation and reliability using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. While the interview and observation data in this study are used as research supporting data and test drawings as research evaluations. And the final result of each research data will be generalized. The value of the exsperiment group 1 test drawing is mostly (55%) students get grades in the Less Skilled category (KT), while the experiment 2 group is mostly (56%) students get scores in the Skilled category (T). so that the application of this research can be applied until students can render with bamboo textures. Whereas student preferences based on the results of the preference questionnaire after generalized each indicator outline shows good results.
