Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV di salah satu SD Negeri di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan dua siklus melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar berjumlah 29 orang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat peningkatan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa, peningkatan kerjasama siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 25,47%, pada siklus I dihasilkan 64,16% termasuk pada kriteria kerjasama siswa rendah dan pada siklus II dihasilkan 89,63% termasuk pada kriteria kerjasama siswa tinggi. Sedangkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mendapatkan persentase sebesar 79,31% dan pada siklus II mendapatkan persentase sebesar 86,20%. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan kerjasama dan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD, Hasil Belajar, Kerjasama This research was motivated by the low level of collaboration and learning outcomes of students in class IV in one of the public elementary schools in the city of Bandung. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning by applying the cooperative type STAD model to improve collaboration and student learning outcomes and describe improvement in collaboration and learning outcomes of elementary school students. This research method uses Classroom Action Research model Kemmis and Taggart with two cycles through the steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 29th grade elementary school students totaling 29 people. The results of this study found an increase in collaboration and student learning outcomes, increased student cooperation from cycle I to cycle II by 25.47%, in the first cycle produced 64.16% including the criteria for low student collaboration and in the second cycle produced 89.63% including the criteria for high student collaboration. While increasing student learning outcomes in the first cycle get a percentage of 79.31% and in the second cycle get a percentage of 86.20%. From these data it can be concluded that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve collaboration and student learning outcomes.
