Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar; dan (3) peningkatan keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar melalui penerapan model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV B yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa pada salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya keterampilan proses siswa dengan persentase ketercapaiannya sebesar 50% dan berada pada kategori butuh bimbingan. Berdasarkan hasil refleksi pra siklus, selama ini pembelajaran yang dikemas guru kurang menarik, masih berpusat pada guru, kurang memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk menunjukkan keterampilan prosesnya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan ini dengan menerapkan model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan) yang sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) mengadaptasi dari model PTK Kemmis & Mc.Taggart dimulai dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, danrefleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV B pada salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung meningkat dari siklus I dengan persentase ketercapaian 64% (butuh bimbingan) menjadi 81% (cukup) pada siklus II dan meningkat kembali pada siklus III menjadi 90% (baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, Rayakan) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa kelas IV SD.;--This research entitled “Implementation of TANDUR Models (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate) to Improve the Process Skills of 4th Grade Elementary School Students”. This research aim to describe : (1) the implementation plan of learning by applying TANDUR model (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate) to improve the process skills of fourth grade elementary school students; (2) implementation of learning by applying TANDUR model (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate) to improve the process skills of fourth grade elementary school students; and (3) improvement of process skill of fourth grade elementary school students through the application of TANDUR model (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate). Participants in this research were students of fourth grade B which amounted to 36 students at one of the public elementary schools in Coblong Bandung. This research started from the low of process skill of student with percentage of achievement equal to 50% and in the category need guidance. Based on prasiklus reflection, during this lesson the teacher packed less interesting, still centered on the teacher, giving less opportunity to the student to show their process skills. Therefore, researchers conducted this action research by applying the TANDUR model (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate) that had not been previously done by teachers in conducting teaching and learning activities. The method used by the researcher is Classroom Action Research (CAR) adapting from Kemmis & Mc.Taggart model starting from action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in three cycles using qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection tools used are observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. The result of this research shows that the process skill of fourth grade B students at one of the public elementary schools in Coblong Bandung increased from cycle I with the percentage of achievement 64% (need guidance) to 81% (enough) in cycle II and increased again in cycle III to 90% (good). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the application of TANDUR model (Grow, Experienced, Name, Demonstrace, Repeat, Celebrate) can improve the process skill of fourth grade students of elementary school.
