Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai kelayakan bisnis Cafe Old Coffee dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh aspek kelayakan bisnis agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana prospek Cafe Old Coffee di masa yang akan datang serta menghindari penurunan pendapatan kembali ke depannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan explanatory, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara kepada owner dan karyawan dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari semua aspek kelayakan bisnis yang telah dilakukan, secara keseluruhan usaha Cafe Old Coffee layak untuk dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan, dengan melakukan peningkatan pada beberapa aspek. Pada aspek pemasaran perlu memperluas promosi melalui media cetak & elektronik serta memaksimalkan promosi melalui media sosial instagram. Pada aspek manajemen & sumber daya manusia ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki seperti membuat struktur organisasi yang jelas, mengatur pembagian shift kerja karyawan dengan baik, mengadakan pelatihan dan membuat asuransi untuk karyawan. Pada aspek teknis & teknologi perlu memperbaiki cara pengolahan makanan dan membuang barang yang tidak terpakai diarea produksi. Pada aspek hukum sebaiknya segera membuat tanda daftar usaha pariwisata dari pemerintah. ;---The research was purposed to evaluate a business feasibility on Old Coffee Cafe by using all business feasibility aspects to find out the future prospects of Old Coffee Cafe and to reduce a decreasing income in the future. The approach of the research is using descriptive and explanatory method and it consists of different stage such as observation, in-depth interview with owner and employee, and questionnaire to 100 respondents. The result showed that the Old Coffee Cafe is scored a good result towards several test based on the business feasibility aspects and it has a great future prospects. Meanwhile, there should have working on different improvement on different aspects: on marketing aspect there should make different kinds of advertising such as social media, promotion on radio, newspaper, etc. On management and human resources, there should make a proper organisation structure, regulates the distribution of employee well shift, training program for new employee and insurance for the employee. On technical and technology aspect, there should discuss nor repair about food processing and about disposed materials near the production area. On the legalization aspect should have own the certificate of local business from government.
