    Abstract

    Penilaian otentik (authentic assesment) adalah jenis penilaian yang memiliki relevansi kuat terhadap pendekatan ilmiah yang digunakan dalam Kurikulum 2013. Salah satu kelebihan penilaian otentik dibandingkan dengan jenis penilaian lainhya yaitu penilaian otentik dapat menggambarkan hasil belajar secara utuh dengan memperhatikan aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Penilaian aspek sikap erat kaitannya dengan tujuan dari mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan secara umum yaitu membentuk watak atau karakter warga negara yang memiliki partisipasi politik aktif, mempunyai kesadaran berkonstitusi, dan memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan nilai -nilai luhur dan karakter Bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat deskripsi dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengolahan data dan tindak lanjut dari penggunaan penilaian otentik sikap dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Jenjang SMP. Alasan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana upaya guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam menggunakan penilaian otentik sikap dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Langkah pertama yang dilakukan dalam proses perencanaan penilaian otentik sikap adalah dengan membuat kisi-kisi penilaian sikap di dalam RPP, 2) Pelaksanaan penilaian otentik untuk sikap dapat dilaksanakan di dalam maupun di luar jam pelajaran, 3) Proses pengolahan data untuk penilaian sikap melibatkan berbagai pihak dimulai dari guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas dan guru Bimbingan Konseling 4) Proses Tindak lanjut dari pengolahan data penilaian diwujudkan dalam laporan deskripsi penilaian sikap siswa yang di serahkan kepada orangtua siswa secara rutin. ----
    Authentic assessment is a type of assessment that has strong relevance to the scientific approach used in the Curriculum 2013. One of the advantages of authentic assessment compared to other types of judgments is that authentic assessment can describe the learning outcomes intact with regard to aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. Assessment of aspects of attitudes closely related to the objectives of the subject of Citizenship Education in general is to form the character or character of citizens who have active political participation, have a constitutional awareness, and have a personality in accordance with the values of noble and character of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to see the description of the planning, implementation, data processing and follow-up of the use of authentic assessment of attitudes in the subject of Civic Education at Junior High. The reason for the implementation of this study is to see how the Civic Education teacher's efforts in using authentic assessment of attitudes in learning. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive research method. The results of the research are: 1) The first step taken in the process of authentic attitude assessment planning is to create a grading perspective in the lesson plan, 2) Implementation of authentic assessment for attitudes can be implemented within and outside the hours of study, 3) Process data processing for attitude assessment involves various parties starting from subject teachers, homeroom teacher and counseling teacher 4) Follow-up process of data processing assessment is manifested in the report description of student attitude assessment submitted to the parents of students on a regular basis.
