Abstract

UNESCO melaporkan kurang dari 19% kontrak-kontrak kerja dalam bidang STEM dilakukan oleh perempuan Salah satu cara mereduksi masalah tersebut adalah mengadvokasi sekolah-sekolah kejuruan untuk membuka peluang lebih banyak pada anak dan remaja perempuan. Menurut UUD Lembaga pendidikan yang berperan dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan adalah sekolah menengah kejuruan ( SMK ) karena disini peserta didik dibekali dengan pembelajaran dan keterampilan yang bermutu dan profesional Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1).memperoleh gambaran tentang tingkat minat siswa perempuan untuk memilih dan belajar di sekolah dengan program keahlian ke elektroan (2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah bentuk Informasi kesempatan kerja yng memperngaruhi minat siswa perempuan (3). Untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara informasi kesempatan kerja terhadap minat siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuntitatif. Penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan ini berfungsi untuk memberi gambaran tentang pengaruh informasi kesempatan kerja terhadap minat siswi perempuan untuk belajar di SMK negeri 1 Cimahi. yang dilakukan di SMKN 1 Cimahi pada Agustus 2017 sampai September 2017. Penentuan jumlah sampel ini menggunakan teknik sampling total atau jenuh sebanyak 32 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket bersifat tertutup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan antara informasi kesempatan kerja dengan minat siswa perempuan, diketahui bahwa infromasi kesempatan kerja yang tinggi akan diikuti pula minat siswa yang tinggi dalam pemilihan sekolah dan keinginan belajar SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi, begitupun sebaliknya apabila informasi yang kesempatan kerja rendah secara tidak langsung akan berdampak rendah pula minat siswa perempuan dalam Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara informasi kesempatan kerja dan minat siswi perempuan untuk belajar di SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi.---UNESCO reports less than 19% of STEM work contracts performed by women One way to reduce the problem is to advocate for vocational schools to open up more opportunities for children and young women. Descriptive research conducted this function to provide an overview of the effect of employment information on the interests of female students to study in SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. conducted in SMKN 1 Cimahi in August 2017 until September 2017. Determination of the number of samples using total sampling technique or saturated as many as 32 students. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire is closed. The results of this study indicate between the employment information with the interest of female students, it is known that the high employment information will be followed by high student interest in school selection and the desire to learn SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi, vice versa if the information is low employment will indirectly low impact also the interest of female students in There is a significant influence between the employment information and the interest of female students to study in SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi.
