Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa meliputi minat dan perhatian siswa terhadap pelajaran, semangat dan tanggungjawab mengerjakan tugas, reaksi siswa terhadap stimulus sampai dengan rasa senang dan puas dalam mengerjakan tugas. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) dan kreativitas mengajar guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) (X1), kreativitas mengajar guru (X2) dan motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bina Wisata Lembang sebanyak 79 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) berada pada kategori tinggi. Kreativitas mengajar guru berada pada kategori tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) dan kreativitas mengajar guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.-----This research was conducted at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. The problems that become the study in this research is not optimal learning motivation student include interest and attention of student to the lesson, spirit and responsibility to do the task, student reaction to stimulus until the feeling of pleasure and satisfied in doing the task. The focus of the study is directed to factors that influence student motivation learning. Giving reinforcement (reinforcement) and creativity of teaching teachers is a factor that is suspected to have an effect on student motivation learning. Therefore, the study examined three variables, namely reinforcement (X1), teacher teaching creativity (X2) and student motivation learning (Y). This research uses survey method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Respondents are students of Class XI Office Administration of SMK Bina Wisata Lembang as much as 79 people. Data analysis techniques used regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that the reinforcement is in the high category. Teacher creativity is in the high category and student motivation learning in SMK Bina Wisata Lembang is in high category. Based on the results of regression analysis, the results obtained that the reinforcement and creativity of teaching teachers both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on student motivation learning
