Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah, terutama pada praktik mengetik dasar berbasis typing master untuk siswa kelas XI. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis typing master terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak. Metode yang digunakan dikembangkan dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel media pembelajaran berbasis typing master termasuk dalam kategori yang hampir sesuai dan motivasi belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori hampir tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, maka media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.------------ This research was conducted at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. The problem of study covers low learning motivation of student, especially on basic typing practice based on typing master for eleventh graders. This study examined the influence of learning media to learning motivation of student. Respondents in this research are 83 students in class of grade XI Office Administration at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi taken by used random sampling technique. The method applied was developed by likert-scale. The analysis technique used was simple regression tests. The result of data analysis show that the variable of the learning media based on typing master included in almost appropriate category and learning motivation of student included in almost high category. Based on the result of regression analysis, that the learning media based on typing master has positives and significants influence of learning motivation of student.
