    Abstract

    Siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar matematika terdapat di
    sekolah dasar umum, sehingga dibutuhkan layanan asesmen untuk
    mengetahui kemampuan, dan kesulitan siswa sampai pada menentukan
    kebutuhannya, namun guru tidak memiliki keterampilan dalam melakukan
    asesmen matematika, mengakibatkan pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada
    siswa tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan siswa. Salah satu
    kebutuhan guru untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dalam melakukan
    asesmen matematika yaitu guru memerlukan buku panduan asesmen
    matematika yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
    adalah merumuskan buku panduan asesmen matematika bagi guru sekolah
    dasar dengan metode campuran (mixed method) menggunakan desain
    multiphase, yaitu penelitian dengan menggunakan 3 tahap penelitian dan
    setiap tahap saling berkaitan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
    menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan teknik
    penilaian performance. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan
    menggunakan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dan pra-eksperimen
    kelompok tunggal dengan pre-test dan post-test (One Group Pretest–Postest
    Design). Hasil penelitian ini setelah dilakukan uji keterlaksanaan buku
    panduan asesmen matematika oleh guru, maka terlihat bahwa buku panduan
    asesmen matematika dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan asesmen
    matematika kepada siswanya. hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya
    perbandingan hasil penilaian performance guru sebelum dan sesudah
    dilakukan diskusi tentang buku panduan asesmen matematika.----------Students who have difficulty in learning mathematics in general elementary school, so
    that required assessment services to determine the ability, and difficulty of students to
    determine their needs, but teachers do not have skills in doing math assessment, learning
    techniques given to students not in accordance with the ability and needs students One of
    the teacher's needs to develop skills in doing mathematics assessment is that teachers
    need a mathematics assessment manual that suits the needs of the teacher. The purpose of
    this study was to formulate a mathematics assessment manual for primary school teachers
    using a mixed method using multiphase design, ie research using 3 stages of research and
    each interconnected stage. Technical data used using interview techniques, observation,
    documentation and performance appraisal techniques. Data analysis techniques used are
    data reduction, data display, data verification and pre-experiment single group with pre-
    test and post-test (One Group Pretest-Postest Design). The results of this study after the
    test of the implementation of the mathematics assessment guide book by the teacher, it is
    seen that the mathematics assessment manual can help teachers in conducting
    mathematical assessment to their students. this is evidenced by the comparison of teacher
    performance appraisal results before and after the discussion of mathematics assessment
    manual.
