Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan, yang berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada SMK Swasta di Majalengka, menunjukkan masih kurangnya sarana praktikum di Workshop Otomotif dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui sarana pembelajaran praktikum di Workshop Otomotif SMK PGRI Jatiwangi dan SMKN 1 Palasah apakah sudah mendekati kriteria Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti menggunakan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru produktif dan kepala bengkel. Objek penelitiannya yaitu tentang sarana pembelajaran praktikum otomotif di workshop otomotif SMK PGRI Jatiwangi dan SMKN 1 Palasah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kelayakan sarana pembelajaran praktikum engine tune-up SMK PGRI Jatiwangi dan SMKN 1 Palasah adalah sangat lengkap/sangat layak berdasarkan standar dari BSNP. Hasil observasi dan dokumentasi yang disesuaikan terhadap instrumen verifikasi SMK penyelenggara ujian praktikum kejuruan dari BSNP, maka untuk sarana pembelajaran praktikum yang terdapat di workshop otomotif SMK PGRI Jatiwangi dan SMKN 1 Palasah sangat lengkap/sangat layak memenuhi standar uji kompetensi. Kata kunci: Deskripsi Sarana Pembelajaran Praktikum, workshop otomotif, Pendidikan Menengah This research started from the problem based on the results of observations conducted in private vocational school in Majalengka, shows the deficiency of lab facilities in the Automotive Workshop. Those problems, then do research to find practical facility of learning in Automotive Workshop SMK PGRI Jatiwangi and SMK 1 Palasah whether it has approached the National Education Standards criteria. The method used in this research is the descriptive method with quantitative approach. This research subject is productive teacher and head of the workshop. The research object is on a learning facilities in the automotive lab automotive workshop SMK PGRI Jatiwangi and SMK 1 Palasah. Techniques data collecting in this study using observation and documentation. The results obtained percentage of facility of learning practical feasibility engine tune-up SMK PGRI Jatiwangi and SMKN 1 Palasah is very complete / very decent by the standards of BSNP. Observation and documentation customized to the instrument verification SMK vocational practicum exam organizers of BSNP, then for practical learning tools contained in the automotive workshop SMK PGRI Jatiwangi and SMK 1 Palasah very complete / very decent standards of competence test.
