Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk: (1) mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman guru mata pelajaran geografi mengenai prinsip perancangan pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui bagaimana guru dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, (3) mendeskripsikan bagaimana guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, (4) mengetahui media dan sumber belajar yang digunakan, (5) mengetahui bagaimana cara guru dalam mengambil keputusan transaksional di dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini yakni seluruh guru mata pelajaran geografi yang ada pada 18 SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni angket, tes, lembar observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, (1) sebagian besar dari guru kurang memahami prinsip perancangan pembelajaran (85%), khususnya prinsip penyususan RPP, (2) sebagian besar dari guru mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yaitu berupa bahan ajar cetak (93%), media pembelajaran berupa infokus sebanyak (59%), instrumen penilaian yang gunakan yakni Pilihan Ganda (86). (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru seluruhnya telah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan skenario pembelajaran (100%). (4) sebagian besar dari guru menggunakan media pembelajaran infokus (79%), sebagian besar dari guru menggunakan sumber belajar buku (83%). (5) Sebagian besar dari guru (80%) mengambil keputusan transaksional (tindakan reflektif) dengan cara: memperbaiki RPP, mendalami materi, merencanakan penggunaan media dan metode serta memperbaiki instrumen penilaian. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Pembelajaran Geografi, Keputusan Transaksional. The study is aimed at: (1) finding out the geography teachers’ understanding towards the principles in planning the teaching learning process , (2) finding out how the teachers develop teaching instruments, (3) describing how the teachers conduct the teaching learning process, (4) finding out the teaching learning media and resources used by the teachers, (5) finding out how the teachers take a transactional decision in teaching learning process. The method used in this study is survey. The population and sample of the study are geography teachers of 18 state senior high schools in Bandung Regency. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire, test, observation sheet as well as documentation. The data analysis used is percentage. The study shows that, (1) most of the teachers do not fully understand the principles in planning the teaching learning process (85%), especially the principles in making a lesson plan, (2) most of the teachers develop teaching instruments into printed teaching media (93%), the teaching media used is projector(59%), the instruments used for assessment are multiple choices (86%). (3) The teachers, in general, have conducted the teaching learning process in accordance with the teaching scenario (100%). (4) most of the teachers use projector as teaching media (79%), most of the teachers use text books as teaching resources (83%). (5) Most of the teachers (80%) take some transactional decision (reflective action) by: improving lesson plans, comprehending materials, planning the use of media and methods as well as improving the instrument of assessment.
