Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dimulai ketika peneliti melaksanakan penelitian di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukaluyu 3 Kota Bandung, permasalahan yang terjadi adalah model pembelajaran yang dipakai tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik anak, serta rendahnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran permainan bola voli. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, peneliti harus menggunakan model pembelajaran yang mampu membuat siswa berpartisipasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, maka peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran pendekatan taktis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pendekatan taktis mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam aktivitas permainan bolavoli kelas V SDN Sukaluyu 3 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas menurut Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi partisipasi belajar, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, model pembelajaran pendekatan taktis mampu meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari siklus 1 tindakan 1 dan tindakan 2, indikator motivasi 82%, indikator konsentrasi 66%, indikator reaksi 67%, indikator organisasi 68%, indikator pemahaman 67,5%, dan indikator ulangan 79%. Pada tahap tindakan siklus II, persentase tiap aspek mengalami peningkatan, rata-rata persentase tiap indikator partisipasi belajar pada siklus 2 tindakan 1 dan tindakan 2, indikator motivasi 86,5%, indikator konsentrasi 76,5%, indikator reaksi 77%, indikator organisasi 81%, indikator pemahaman 79%, dan indikator ulangan 84%. Serta peningkatan setiap siklusnya yaitu, observasi awal 46%, siklus 1 71,6%, dan siklus 2 80,67%.;---The background of this study began when researchers carrying out research in a public elementary school Sukaluyu 3 Bandung, problems that occur are learning models that used are not in accordance with the characteristics of the child, as well as the low participation of students in learning the volleyball game. Based on the problems that occur, the researcher must use a learning model that makes the students to participate in the following study, the researchers applied tactical approach learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the tactical approach model can improve students' participation in the activity of a volleyball game class V SDN Sukaluyu 3 Bandung. This study was conducted using methods of class action research according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which are consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research instruments used are the form of learning participation observation sheet, field notes, and documentation. The conclusion of this study show that tactical approach learning model can improve student learning participation. It is seen from cycle 1 action 1 and action 2, indicator of motivation 82%, 66% concentration indicator, the indicator reaction 67%, 68% organizations indicator, the indicator comprehension 67.5%, and 79% repeat indicator. At this stage of the second cycle, the percentage of individuals will be increased, the average percentage of each indicator learning participation in cycle 2 action 1 and action 2, indicator of motivation 86.5%, 76.5% concentration indicator, the indicator reaction 77%, indicators of organization 81%, 79% understanding of the indicators, and the indicators replications 84%. As well as an increase in each cycle isP the initial observation 46%, 71.6% cycle 1 and cycle 2 80.67%.
