Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian SMK, mengetahui pengaruh prestasi siswa terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian SMK dan mengetahui pengaruh minat dan prestasi siswa terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian SMK. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel Penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XII TPHP SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 48 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner/ angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas, analisis deskriptif data, persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan pesamaan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat dalam melaksanakan uji kompetensi keahlian berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, prestasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dan hasil uji kompetensi berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Pengaruh minat terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian. Pengaruh prestasi siswa terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian. Pengaruh minat dan prestasi siswa terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian SMK secara simultan. Hasilpenelitian mengandung implikasi jika semakin baik minat melaksanakan uji kompetensi keahlian dan prestasi siswa maka akan semakin baik pula hasil uji kompetensi keahlian.;-- This study aims to determine the effect of interest in vocational skills competency test results, determine the effect on student achievement test results of vocational skill competencies and determine the influence of students' interest and achievement test results competency skills SMK. This research method is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Samples of this research is students of class XII SMK Negeri 1 KuninganTPHP academic year 2015/2016 48 respondents. The research instrument used is the study documentation and questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is normality test, linearity test, descriptive analysis of data, simple linear regression equation and Equality linear regression. The results showed that interest in implementing competency skills test are at very high category, student achievement at the high category and test results in the category of competence is very low. Effect of interest in the test results ,,competency skills. Influence student performance on the test results, competency skills. Influence students' interest and achievement test results simultaneously vocational competency skills. The results of the research implications if the better interest of implementing competency testing expertise and student achievement will be better the test results competency skills.
