Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh upaya untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Sikap kerja dan bakat merupakan dua faktor internal yang berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Sikap kerja dan bakat dapat diukur dengan menggunakan Tes Ketahanan dan Ketenangan Berpikir (TKKB) Dan Intelligenz Structure Test (IST). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah skor TKKB dan skor IST dapat memprediksi prestasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian pada siswa SMKN 4 Sukabumi, SMKN 1 Sukabumi, SMAN 4 Cimahi, dan SMAN 5 Bandung tahun 2015/2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik proposional random sampling , dengan total sampel sebanyak 323 siswa. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa: (a) skor TKKB memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah pada setiap mata pelajaran. (b) skor TKKB memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah pada rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa. (c) skor IST memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah setiap mata pelajaran. (d) skor IST memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah terhadap rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa. (e) skor TKKB dan skor IST memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah terhadap setiap mata pelajaran. (f) skor TKKB dan skor IST memiliki daya prediksi yang rendah terhadap skor rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa.;---The present study is a need to seeks the effort of optimizing students’ potentiality. Talent and performance attitude are two internal factors which are linked to the students’ learning achievement. They could be measured by using the Tes Ketahanan dan Ketenangan Berpikir (TKKB) and the Intelligenz Structure Test (IST). This study aims to investigate whether the TKKB Score and the IST Score can predict the level of students’ learning achievement. Data in this study were analyzed quantitatively supported by descriptive correlational approach. Furthermore, data were obtained indocumentation forms. Data were taken from students of 4 different schools, including students from SMKN 4 Sukabumi, SMKN 1 Sukabumi, SMAN 4 Cimahi, dan SMAN 5 Bandung (terms of 2015/206). Proposional Random Sampling techniques is used to collect the needed data with the total samples is 323 students. The findings show that: (a) the TKKB Score have a low predict to each of subjects, (b) the TKKB Score have a low predict to the average of students’ learning achievement, (c) the IST Score have a low predict to each of subjects, (d) the IST Score have a low predict to the average of students’ learning achievement, (e) the TKKB Score and the IST Score have a low predict to each of subjects, and (f) the TKKB Score and the IST Score have a low predict the average score of students’ learning achievement.
