Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap Mutu Kinerja Pegawai pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang aktual dan jelas mengenai pengaruh penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 orang pegawai negeri sipil yang ada pada Pusdiklat Geologi dengan teknik pengambilan probability random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,624; nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 5,291 terbukti signifikan karena t-hitung (5,291) > t-tabel (1,679); hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,9% , hal ini menggambarkan bahwa pengaruh Sistem Manejemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,9 % dan sisanya sebesar 61,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kemampuan, motivasi dll. Adapun persamaan regresi Y atas X adalah Y ̂ = 62,296 +0,624 X. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung. ;---This study entitled "An Effect of Quality Management System Implementation ISO 9001: 2008 on Quality of Employee Performance at Education and Training Center Geology in Bandung ". Generally, this study aims to determine the actual and clear description about the effect of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 against the quality of employee performance at Education and Training Center for Geology in Bandung. The sample in this study was 46 civilian government employees who exist in Education and Training Center for Geology with a technique of probability random sampling. This research uses a descriptive method with quantitative approach. The results of hypothesis test recognized that there is a positive and significant effect between the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 against the quality of employee performance at the Education and Training Center for Geology in Bandung with a correlation coefficient of 0.624; a significant test score of 5.291 which is proven by t count (5.291) > t-table (1.679); a determination coefficient of 38.9%, this illustrates the effect of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 against the quality of employee performance amount to 38.9% and the remaining of 61.1% is influenced by other factors such as the ability, motivation etc. The regression equation of Y on X is Y = 62.296 +0.624 X. It proves that there is a positive and significant correlation between the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 against the quality of employee performance at Education and Training Center for Geology in Bandung.
