Abstract

Kabupaten Subang merupakan salah satu kabupaten dengan destinasi wisata lengkap yang terletak di Utara Pulau Jawa. Sari Ater Hotel and Resort menempati posisi pertama sebagai salah satu destinasi unggulan Kabupaten Subang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kenaikan jumlah kunjungan di setiap tahunnya. Namun pada dua tahun terakhir ini telah terjadi penurunan dan ketidaksesuaian jumlah kunjungan dengan target capaian sebelumnya. Banyakanya keluhan-keluhan dan tanggapan dari wisatawan mengenai behavioral intention wisatawan dimasa depan menjadi suatu kecemasan bagi Sari Ater Hotel & Resort kehilangan kepercayaan dari wisatawan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Sari Ater Hotel & Resort untuk meningkatkan behavioral intention yang positif dari wisatawan yaitu dengan meningkatkan tourists perceived value. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini yaitu tourists perceived value (X) dan behavioral intention sebagai (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Metode survey yang digunakan explanatory survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu wisatawan yang berkunjung di Sari Ater Hotel & Resort dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu systematic random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan software computer SPSS 20 for windows. hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tourists perceived value memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavioral intention wisatawan Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. Kata Kunci: Tourists Perceived Value, Perceived Value, Behavioral Intention. Subang is one of the region with complete dsestination for tourism located in northern java island. Sari Ater Hotel & Resort placed firts as prominant destination in Subang. This is prove with increasing nunver of visitor every year. But for the last two years the number has been decreasing. And the number of visitor hasn't match with the previous target. Many complains and respons from the tourist about tourist behavioral intention in the future become a concern Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. One of the attamp to increase tourist positive behavioral intention is to increase tourist percieved value. Independent variable in this research is tourist percieved value (X) and behavioral intention (Y). the researh data is taken by using questionare. This research is descriptive and verificative with testing hypothesis using simple linear regression analysis. Survey method used is explanatory survey. Sample in this research is 100 respondents consist of tourist visitting Sari Ater Hotel & Resort with sample taken by systematic random sampling. This research use simple regression data analysis. With spss 20.0 computer software for windows. The result of this research shows that tourist perceived value has significant influence towards tourist behavioral intention in Sari Ater Hotel & Resort.
