Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbentuk modul interaktif yang memiliki kandungan literasi sains dan sesuai untuk pembelajaran IPA Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pendidikan dengan model Pengembangan Pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan Sistem. Pengembangan modul interaktif dilakukan pada materi Bioteknologi di Bidang Produksi Pangan dengan memperhatikan karakteristik isi, cara penyampaian, dan konteks. Modul interaktif yang dihasilkan diuji coba secara terbatas pada peserta didik, serta divalidasi oleh rekan sejawat dan dosen ahli. Data utama yang terkumpul berupa rekaman kegitan belajar peserta didik yang disimpan modul interaktif, tanggapan peserta didik, tanggapan rekan sejawat, dan nilai dari dosen ahli. Data mengenai tanggapan dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Analisis yang dilakukan terhadap data yang dikumpulkan selama uji coba mengungkapkan bahwa modul interaktif yang dikembangkan mampu menjembatani perbedaan gender, gaya dan kemampuan belajar. Peserta didik beranggapan bahwa modul interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka, muatan literasi sainnya baik, dan dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah. Rekan sejawat beranggapan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran pada modul interaktif sangat sesuai, komponen-komponennya didesain dengan baik, kandungan literasi sainsnya baik, cukup mudah dioperasikan, dan memiliki potensi yang baik sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa aspek isi dan desain dari modul interaktif yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori baik. This research was conducted with the aim of producing an instructional media which form of interactive module containing scientific literacy and suitable for integrated science instructional. The method used was the Education Research and Development with a Systematic Approach Design of Instruction model. Developing of interactive module was implemented on the theme of Biotechnology in Food Production that considering contents characteristic, delivery characteristic, and context characteristic. The resulting interactive module tested on a limited basis by students, and validated by science teachers and experts. Main data collected are learning activities recorded by interactive module, learner response, science teachers response, and score given by expert. The learner response and the science teachers response were collected using a questionnaire. Analysis of data collected during the trial revealed that the developed interactive module can facilitate individual differences in gender, learning modality and ability. Learners think that interactive module can enhance their learning motivation, containing good scientific literacy, and can be operated easily. Colleagues think that the learning objectives in interactive module are very appropriate, its components are well designed, the scientific literacy content are good, fairly easy to operate, and has a good potential as a instructional media. Experts validation results show that both content and design aspect of developed interactive module are good.
