Abstract
Pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan hal yang sangat berkaitan dengan pengelola suatu destinasi wisata dalam melibatkan masyarakat serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Hal tersebut juga dapat didukung melalui program corporate social responsibility yang diberikan oleh pihak pengelola. Dimana corporate social responsibility tersebut ditekankan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode importance performance analysis yang bertujuan untuk pengukuran antara kenyataan yang terjadi dan harapan dari masyarakat. Setelah mendapatkannya maka data akan dikelompokkan kedalam 4 kriteria nilai yang akan memperlihatkan baik atau buruknya program corporate social responsibility yang telah dijalankan pihak Sapu Lidi Cafe, Resort and Gallery.Setelah melakukan penelitian, maka hasil yang dapat disimpulkan peneliti bahwa program corporate social responsibility yang dijalankan Sapu Lidi Cafe, Resort and Gallery sudah berjalan dengan efektif dan berdampak bagi masyarakat. Namun ada beberapa aspek yang menurut masyarakat perlu dibenahi seperti dibidang pendidikan yaitu penambahan program pemberian beasiswa bagi siswa/mahasiswa dibidang pendidikan. Selain itu program seperti memberi bantuan kepada korban bencana alam juga sangat diharapkan masyarakat. Kata kunci : Analisis Efektivitas, Corporate Social Responsibility, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat The continious development of a tourism is a crucial factor to manage a destination tour to involve the society and also to protect the natural preservation. It is also can be supported by corporate social responsibility program that is given by the organizer, where the corporate social responsibility emphasized to support society empowerment. The method that is used in this research is importance performance analysis where the reality and expectation will be measured. After get the result then the data will be categorize into four criterias of value. That should the negatives and positives value of corporate social responsibility program, that the Sapu Lidi Cafe, Resort, and Gallery choose. After the research has been done then it can be concluded that the corporate social responsibility program that run by the Sapu Lidi Cafe, Resort, and Gallery staff has been done effectively and give some good impcts to society. However there are some aspects that need to be fixed like in education by giving scholarship to college students and also will give the society expected that they help to the victim of natural disasters.
