Abstract

Keterampilan menulis permulaan di sekolah dasar memiliki peran sentral sebagai pondasi pembelajaran yang kompleks dan vital. Namun demikian, masih banyak siswa menghadapi kesulitan dalam memahami dan menguasai keterampilan ini. Sejumlah fitur dalam bentuk e-book guru menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-book yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru berdasarkan metode creative problem solving dalam pembelajaran menulis permulaan di sekolah dasar. Guru menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini, karena keberhasilan mereka dalam menguasai literasi menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi kesulitan siswa. Penelitian ini mengkaji kesulitan menulis permulaan di sekolah dasar dan mengembangkan e-book guru sebagai bahan ajar untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Proses pengembangan e-book melibatkan kolaborasi dengan tujuh ahli dan delapan praktisi yang memberikan masukan yang berharga untuk meningkatkan kualitas e-book. Hasil akhir validasi oleh ahli dan kelayakan oleh praktisi menunjukkan e-book yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kategori valid dan layak. E-book guru yang telah valid dan layak disebarluaskan melalui sosialisasi tatap maya (Zoom) dan mendapat respons positif dari kalangan guru. Analisis tingkat kepuasan guru juga dilakukan dengan melibatkan responden dari dua wilayah berbeda, yaitu Sumatera dan Jawa. Analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam tingkat kepuasan guru terhadap e-book yang dikembangkan. Temuan ini memberikan informasi bahwa e-book guru dapat disebarluaskan kepada guru-guru di seluruh daerah di Indonesia. The initial writing skills in elementary school play a central role as the foundation for complex and vital learning. However, many students still face difficulties in understanding and mastering these skills. A number of features in the form of teacher e-books serve as a solution to address the challenges faced by students. This research aims to develop an e-book that can be utilized by teachers based on the creative problem-solving method in the introduction to writing at elementary schools. Teachers are the main focus of this research because their success in mastering literacy is key to overcoming student difficulties. This study examines the challenges of initial writing in elementary schools and develops a teacher e-book as instructional material to address these difficulties. The e-book development process involves collaboration with seven experts and eight practitioners who provide valuable input to enhance the quality of the e-book. The final validation results by experts and feasibility by practitioners indicate that the developed e-book falls into the valid and feasible categories. The validated and feasible teacher e-book is disseminated through online socialization (Zoom) and receives positive responses from teachers. An analysis of the satisfaction level of teachers is also conducted, involving respondents from two different regions, namely Sumatra and Java. This analysis shows that there is no significant difference in the satisfaction level of teachers towards the developed e-book. These findings provide information that the teacher e-book can be distributed to teachers across all regions in Indonesia.
