Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Pembelajaran PAI Untuk Siswa Tunarungu” (Studi Deskriptif Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Pada SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut Kelas VIII Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014). Skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan guru dalam menyampaikan materi PAI yang bersifat abstrak kepada siswa tunarungu yang disebabkan memiliki kelainan pendengaran. Sehingga siswa tunarungu memerlukan pembelajaran secara khusus. Karena itu, guru harus memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam penyampaian pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII pada siswa tunarungu di SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut tahun ajaran 2013-2014, pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII pada siswa tunarungu di SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut tahun ajaran 2013-2014, dan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VIII pada siswa tunarungu di SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi serta analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data dan disimpulkan. Pada pengolahan data hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Perencanaa PAI kelas VIII yang ada di SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong Garut mengacu kepada kurikulum KTSP yang terdiri dari program tahunan, program semester, silabus, RPP dan CPPH (Catatan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian). Pada pelaksanaan pembelajarannya dilakukan secara individu dan metode yang digunakannya adalah metode drill (latihan) yakni lebih kepada melatih daya ingat siswa. Selain pembelajaran akademik, siswa tuanarungu juga diberikan pembelajaran keterampilan sesuai minat dan bakat siswa. Media yang digunakan ketika pembelajarannya adalah guru itu sendiri karena bagi siswa tunarungu guru itu adalah model. Adapun pembelajarannya memakai KOMTAL (Komunikasi Total). Evaluasi pembelajaran diberikan secara terus menerus dan berupa tes lisan, tulisan dan perbuatan yang kemudian siswa mendapat nilai berupa angka dan uraian perkembangannya di dalam raport. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan secara administrasi kurang lengkap, namun dalam hal pelayanan sangat baik karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswanya. Pelaksanaan pembelajarannya lebih ditekankan kepada KOMTAL (Komunikasi Total) dan pengajarnya bukan dari guru PAI melainkan guru kelas. Evaluasinya tidak dari akademik saja namun dalam setiap perilaku siswa dikelas. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam, SMPLB Tunarungu Muhammadiyah Bayongbong Garut This paper titled “Islamic Education Learning for deaf Student” (Descriptive Study Learning Implementation to VIII Grader SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut in second semester of 2013/2014 year). The background of this paper is there are difficulties of a teacher on doing a teaching Islamic Education which is so abstract to teach to a deaf student. So that a deaf student needs a special treatment for learning. Because of that, teacher should have a special skill in teaching their learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, the implementation and evaluation of Islamic education learning VIII grader of SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut in second semester of 2013/2014 year. This research uses descriptive method and qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentary studies and data analysis uses data reduction, display data and concluding all of those things. After processing the whole data, it concluded that the planning of Islamic education learning to VIII grader at SMPLB Muhammadiyah Bayongbong-Garut in second semester of 2013/2014 year is following the KTSP curriculum which consists of year program, semester program, syllabus, learning plan and CPPH (daily learning notes). The implementation of its learning is individually learning and uses drill (training) method, it is training a student’s memories. Beside academic learning, a deaf student also get some crafting skills according to their talents. This learning uses a teacher as a media itself, because for a deaf student, a teacher is a role model. The learning uses KOMTAL (Total Communication). The evaluation of a learning is given continually in a form of writing and verbal test. And also they get an evaluation from their attitude, so that they will be given a numeric score for their student report. Based on the result of the research, generally it can be concluded that the planning in a case of administration is not too complete, but in a case of service, it is very well because it is adaptable with students. The implementation is more concerned to KOMTAL, and a teacher is not an Islamic education teacher but an ordinary class teacher.
