Abstract
Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, di suatu sekolah terindikasi adanya kelemahan kreativitas mengajar para guru pendidikan jasmani ketika belum mampu mengoptimalkan kesempatan belajar gerak siswa. Suatu studi deskriptif terhadap 6 guru pendidikan jasmani yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dari 3 SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Subang Kabupaten Subang. Dan masing-masing 3 guru sertifikasi dan 3 guru non sertifikasi dari SMPN 1 Subang, SMPN 2 Subang, dan SMPN 6 Subang. Data diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan wawancara tentang kreativitas dan kemampuan mengajar yang selanjutnya di analisis melalui prosedur asosiasi antara dua faktor dalam daftar kontingensi B X K dan berlanjut kepada metode khusus untuk daftar kontingensi 2 X 2. Dan wawancara diolah melalui analisis data Model Miles and Huberman. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua kategori guru pendidikan jasmani yakni guru pendidikan jasmani sertifikasi dan guru pendidikan jasmani non sertifikasi memiliki kreativitas mengajar yang sama, tetapi kemampuan dalam komponen mengajar yang berbeda. Hal tersebut diperkuat oleh kepandaian mengajar masih ditentukan oleh pengalaman mengajar. Kata kunci: kreativitas mengajar guru pendidikan jasmani sertifikasi dan guru pendidikan jasmani non sertifikasi. Based on the preliminary study, it is indicated that weakness of physical education teachers’ teaching creativity when they have not been able to optimize students’ movement learning chances. A descriptive study of 6 physical education teachers chosen with ‘purposive sampling’ from 3 Junior High School at Kecamatan Subang Kabupaten Subang. And each 3 certified teachers and 3 uncertified teachers from Junior High School 1 Subang, Junior High School 2 Subang, and Junior High School 6 Subang. The data obtainable by observation pages and interview about creativity and teaching skills than will be analysis through association procedure between two factors in contingency B X K list, and continue to specific method for contingency 2 X 2 list. And interview section treated by Miles and Huberman data analysis Model. From the result of analysis showed if both of physical education teachers category that is certified physical education teachers’ and uncertified physical education teachers’ have a same teaching creativity, but the skills in component of teaching is different. That thing powered by teaching intelligence is still determined of teaching experience.
