Abstract

Motivasi merupakan sebuah dorongan diri atau gerak jiwa dari seseorang dalam
mengerjakan sesuatu, berbudidaya memerlukan sebuah niat untuk mengerjakan kegiatan
budidaya, hal itu dirangkum dalam dasar dari motivasi kerja, dan dalam pemenuhan
eksternal (kebutuhan dasar, pangan, sandang, dan papan) motivasi ekonomi berperan besar
untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia. Peningkatan produktivitas
diperlukan harapan dan keyakinan terhadap pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan sehingga
timbul motivasi dalam diri mereka untuk melakukan sesuatu yang ingin di capai. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan dari motivasi kerja dan
motivasi ekonomi pada pembudidaya perikanan di daerah Pontang terhadap produktivitas
kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei
kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan dengan teknik simple
random sampling serta metode analisis data regresi linier berganda. Temuan dan hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam uji t atau uji parsial motivasi kerja, dengan nilai
perbandingan t hitung yaitu 2,303 yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 2,016 dan motivasi
ekonomi dengan nilai perbandingan t hitung yaitu 5,093 yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel
2,016, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja, serta
berdasarkan hasil pengujian simultan (F), diperoleh hasil signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih
kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 35,510 > 3,21, yang dikatakan bahwa variabel independen
secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, dan dalam uji koefisien
determinasi diperoleh bahwa 62,8% variabel motivasi kerja dan motivasi ekonomi
berpengaruh dalam produktivitas kerja, dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang
tidak di uji dalam penelitian ini.

Motivation is a self-encouragement or movement of a person's soul in doing something, in
cultivating requires an intention to carry out cultivation activities, this is summarized in the
basis of work motivation, and in external fulfillment (basic needs, food, clothing, and
shelter) economic motivation play a major role in increasing the productivity of human
resources. To increase productivity, it is necessary to have hope and confidence in the work
they are doing so that motivation arises in them to do something they want to achieve. The
purpose of this study was to determine the effect and relationship of work motivation and
economic motivation in fish cultivators in the Pontang area on aquaculture productivity.
The research method used in this research is a quantitative survey method using a
questionnaire research instrument and with simple random sampling techniques and data
analysis methods multiple linear regression. The findings and results of the study show that
in the t test or partial test of work motivation, the comparative value of t count is 2.303
which is greater than the value of t table 2.016 and economic motivation with a comparative
value of t count is 5.093 which is greater than the value of t table 2.016, both these variables
have a positive effect on cultivation productivity, and based on the results of the sumilutan
test (F), a significance result of 0.000 is obtained which is smaller than 0.05 and the
calculated F value is 35.510 > 3.21, which means that the independent variables
simultaneously affect the dependent variable, and in the test of the coefficient of
determination it was found that 62.8% of the variables of work motivation and economic
motivation had an effect on cultivation productivity, and the rest were influenced by other
variables not tested in this study
