Abstract
ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari badan pusat statistik, diketahui sebesar 22,3% dari total 8,4juta pengangguran dihasilkan dari lulusan SMK. Salah satu penyebabnya karena adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri. Maka dari itu dilakukan penyelarasan kurikulum antara kurikulum SMK dengan kurikulum DU/DI. Namun, meski telah dilakukan penyelarasan kurikulum, terlihat jumlah lulusan yang terserap ke dalam industri tidak sesuai dengan target serapan yang ada. Sehingga perlu diketahui apakah terdapat relevansi antara kurikulum sinkronisasi DU/DI dengan kurikulum yang digunakan oleh sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian antara tujuan, isi, proses impelemntasi, dan evaluasi dari kurikulum sinkronisasi di SMK. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang dengan informan kunci Ketua Program Studi Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BDP), guru produktif, serta siswa yang tergabung dalam Alfamidi Class. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dan isi kurikulum yang digunakan di SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum hasil sinkronisasi DU/DI Namun, pada bagian perencanaan pembelajaran khususnya silabus dan RPP masih ditemui ketidaksesuaian dalam penggunaan kata kerja operasional. Selain itu evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan hanya sebatas evaluasi hasil belajar, tidak dilakukan evaluasi perencanaan dan evaluasi proses instruksionalnya. ABSTRACT Based on data obtained from the central statistics agency, it is known that 22.3% of the total 8.4 million unemployed are generated from vocational school graduates. One of the reasons is because there is a gap between the competence of graduates and the competencies needed by the industry. Therefore, curriculum alignment is carried out between the SMK curriculum and the DU / DI curriculum. However, even though curriculum alignment has been carried out, it can be seen that the number of graduates absorbed into the industry is not in accordance with the existing absorption target. So it is necessary to know whether there is relevance between the DU / DI synchronization curriculum and the curriculum used by schools. Based on this, this study was conducted with the aim of describing the suitability between the objectives, content, implementation process, and evaluation of the synchronization curriculum at SMK. The research was conducted using descriptive and qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang with key informants are the Head of the Online Business and Marketing Study Program (BDP), productive teachers, and students who are members of the Alfamidi Class. This study used observation, interviews, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The results showed that the objectives and content of the curriculum used at SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang were in accordance with the curriculum from the DU / DI synchronization, however, in the learning planning section, especially the syllabus and RPP, there were still discrepancies in the use of operational verbs. In addition, the learning evaluation carried out is only limited to the evaluation of learning outcomes, not the evaluation of planning and evaluation of the instructional process.
