Abstract

Dimasa sekarang ini membuat
seluruh kegiatan di berbagai sektor lumpuh akibat wabah Covid-19 khususnya di bidang
pendidikan yang terdampak wabah ini. Akibatnya kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di
sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) tersendat dengan batas waktu yang belum bisa
ditentukan merebak maraknya kasus Covid-19 ini di Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Kota
Cimahi. Dengan belum adanya kepastian untuk memulai KBM di lingkup SMK diperlukan
suatu sistem untuk membuat keputusan memulai KBM di wilayah Kota Cimahi di tengah
pandemi.Yaitu sistem informasi geographi berbasis peta dimana dalam proses pengambilan
suatu keputusannya adalah mencari jumlah terbobot dari masing-masing kriteria pada semua
atribut yang akan ditampilkan dengan tampilan WebGIS dengan menggunakan ArcGis
Online. Sistem ini memberikan informasi kasus titik lokasi perkelurahan/desa yang berada di
Kota Cimahi. Setiap Kelurahan/Desa memberikan informasi kasus Covid-19 dengan
kriterianya yaitu kontak erat, kasus positif, kasus meninggal, kasus sembuh dan jumlah warga
yang sudah divaksin. Di mana setiap titik lokasi perkelurahan/desa di Kota Cimahi dalam
aplikasi ini akan muncul menu pop-up sebanyak 15 kelurahan/desa dengan hasil sebagai
berikut dalam sistem yang sudah dibangun ini. Kelurahan Karang Mekar dalam keputusan
untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak PTM 100% terdapat 1 SMK, Kelurahan
Baros dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak PTM 100% terdapat 1
SMK, Kelurahan Leuwigajah dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak
PTM 100% terdapat 1 SMK, Kelurahan Padasuka dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM
dengan preferensi layak 100% tidak terdapat SMK, Kelurahan Cimahi dalam keputusan
untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak 50% terdapat 2 SMK, Kelurahan Cigugur
Tengah dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak 50% tidak terdapat
SMK, Kelurahan Cibeber dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak
50% terdapat 1 SMK, Kelurahan Citereup dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan
preferensi layak 25% terdapat 8 SMK, Kelurahan Cibabat dalam keputusan untuk memulai
KBM dengan prefrensi layak 25% tidak terdapat SMK, Kelurahan Pasirkaliki dalam
keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak 25% tidak terdapat SMK,
Kelurahan Cibereum dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan preferensi layak 25%
tidak terdapat SMK, Kelurahan Utama dalam keputusan untuk memulai KBM dengan
preferensi layak 25% terdapat 4 SMK, dan Kelurahan Cipageran dalam keputusan untuk
memulai KBM dengan preferensi belum layak PTM terdapat 4 SMK. Kesimpulan
pengembangan GIS dengan metode SAW berhasil menjadi alat bantu pengambilan keputusan
pembukaan sekolah pasca pandemi dengan mempertimbangkan multikriteria. Hasilnya telah
berhasil divisualisasikan dengan WebGis yang bisa diakses oleh para pengambil keputusan.
At this time, all activities in various sectors have been
paralyzed due to the Covid-19 outbreak, especially in the field of education which has been
affected by this outbreak. As a result, teaching and learning activities (KBM) at vocational
high schools (SMK) have stalled with an undetermined time limit, and there are widespread
cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia, especially in the Cimahi City area. In the absence of certainty
to start KBM in the scope of SMK, a system is needed to make a decision to start KBM in the
Cimahi City area in the midst of this pandemic. That is a map-based geographic information
system in the process of making a decision the decision is to find the weighted number of
each criterion on all attributes that will be displayed in a WebGIS display using ArcGis
Online. This system provides information on case locations per sub-district/village in Cimahi
City. Each sub-district/village provides information on Covid-19 cases with the criteria,
namely close contacts, positive cases, dead cases, recovered cases and the number of
residents who have been vaccinated. Where each point in the location of a sub-district/village
in Cimahi City, in this application a pop-up menu will appear as many as 15
kelurahan/village with the following results in the system that has been built. Karang blooms

SMK, Cigugur Village is in the decision to start KBM with 50% proper preference there is no
SMK, Cibeber Village in the decision to start KBM with a decent preference of 50% there
was 1 SMK, Citereup Village in the decision to start KBM with a decent preference of 25%
there were 8 SMKs, Cibabat Village in the decision to start KBM with a decent preference of
25% there were no SMK, Pasirkaliki Village in the decision to start KBM with a 25%
ineligible preference there are SMKs, Cibereum Village in the decision to start KBM with a
25% preference there is no SMK, Utama Village in the decision to start KBM with a decent
preference of 25% there are 4 SMKs, and Cipageran Village in the decision to start KBM
with a preference not yet eligible PTM there are 4 SMK The conclusion is that GIS
development using the SAW method has succeeded in being a decision-making tool for post�pandemic school openings by considering multi-criteria. The results have been successfully
visualized with WebGis which can be accessed by decision makers.
