Abstract
ABSTRAK Proses kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah sangatlah penting dalam menentukan tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dapat mempengaruhi para ustadz & santri dalam menjalankan Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah tersebut. Peningkatan mutu ustadz maupun santri salah satu kompetensi yang harus dipenuhi yaitu kompetensi kemandirian. Kemampuan kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah, kiranya dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemandirian ustadz dan santri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1)kepemimpinan kepala madrasah untuk memandirikan ustadz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff; (2)hasil dari kemandirian ustadz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff; (3)faktor penukung dan penghambat dalam memandirikan ustadz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi & studi dokumentasi. Terdapat lima nara sumber dalam wawancara, yaitu satu orang kepala madrasah, dua orang ustadz dan dua orang santri MDTU Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff. Hasil penelitian diperoleh mengenai: (1)kepemimpinan kepala madrasah untuk memandirikan ustadz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff berjalan sangat baik. Hal ini dilihat dari kepala madrasah dapat memenuhi karakteristik kepemimpinan untuk dapat memandirikan ustadz dan santri seperti fungsi kepemimpinan, tipe kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan, upaya kepeminpinan hingga bentuk kemandirian; (2)hasil dari kemandirian usatdz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff sudah sesuai berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan kemandirian yaitu seperti tangungg jawab, indenpendensi, rasa percaya diri, hingga dapat mengambil keputusan sendiri & dapat memecahkan masalah secara mandiri; (3)faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari memandirikan ustadz dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff yaitu, faktor penghambat dari lingkungan luar madrasah & rumah, seperti keadaan lingkungan pertemanan yang berkegantungan, sedangkan untuk faktor pendukung dari dalam madrasah terdapat banyak nasihat & motivasi dari kepala madrasah begitupun dari lingkungan rumah yang mendukung kemandirian untuk ustadz maupun santri. ABSTRACT The leadership process of the head of Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah is very important in determining whether or not the organizational goals are achieved. The leadership of the head of the Madrasah can influence the ustadz & students in running the Diniyah Takmaliyah Madrasah. Improving the quality of ustadz and santri is one of the competencies that must be met, namely the competence of independence. The leadership ability of the head of Madrasah, presumably can have an influence on the independence of ustadz and students. The objectives of this study are: (1) the leadership of the head of the madrasa to empower the ustadz and students in Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff; (2) the results of the independence of ustadz and students in Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff; (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in empowering ustadz and students in Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are interview guidelines, observation guidelines & documentation studies. There are five resource persons in the interview, namely one head of the madrasa, two teachers and two students of MDTU Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff. The results of the study were obtained regarding: (1) the leadership of the madrasa head to empower the ustadz and students in the Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff Madrasah runs very well. This can be seen from the head of the madrasa can fulfill the characteristics of leadership to be able to independent ustadz and students such as leadership functions, leadership types, leadership styles, leadership efforts to the form of independence; (2) the results of the independence of ustadz and students in Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff are in accordance with the success indicators of independence, such as responsibility, independence, self-confidence, to be able to make their own decisions & can solve problems independently; (3) the inhibiting and supporting factors for the independence of ustadz and santri in Madrasah Diniyah Takmaliyah Ash-Shaff, namely, inhibiting factors from the outside environment of madrasah & home, such as the state of the dependent friendship environment, while for supporting factors from within the madrasah there are many advice & motivation from the head of the madrasah as well as from the home environment that supports independence for ustadz and santri.
