Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang belum memenuhi target, dimana hanya 57% mahasiswa yang mendapatkan IPK diatas 3,50 dari target pencapaian sebesar 75%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perilaku kecurangan akademik dalam memoderasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa FPEB UPI Angkatan 2020 sebanyak 588 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 148 mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey explanatory dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar berada pada kategori pujian atau cum laude, self-efficacy berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan perilaku kecurangan akademik berada pada kategori sangat rendah; (2) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (3) perilaku kecurangan akademik berpengaruh negatif terhadap hasil belajar; dan (4) perilaku kecurangan akademik tidak memoderasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar, namun lebih berperan sebagai variabel indepent dalam penelitian ini. This research in based by the learning outcomes of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Education at the Indonesian University of Education who had not met the target, where only 57% of students got a GPA above 3.50 from the achievement target of 75%. This study aims to determine the role of academic cheating behavior in moderating the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes. The population in this study were 588 students of FPEB UPI Batch 2020 with a total sample of 148 students obtained through a random sampling technique. The research method used in this study is an explanatory survey with data analysis techniques using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) test. The results showed that: (1) learning outcomes were in the praise or cum laude category, self�efficacy was in the very high category, and academic cheating behavior was in the very low category; (2) self-efficacy have a positive effect on learning outcomes; (3) academic cheating behavior have a negative effect on learning outcomes; and (4) academic cheating behavior does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes, but tends to acts as an independent variable in this study.
