Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam pembelajaran blended learning pendidikan jasmani dimasa pandemi covid-19, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan blended learning dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada pendidikan jasmani dimasa pandemi covid-19, untuk mengetahui hasil kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam pembelajaran blended learning pada pendidikan jasmani dimasa pandemi covid-19. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review yang memungkinkan evaluasi dan interpretasi semua penelitian yang dapat diakses secara relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian, materi latihan, atau peristiwa yang menarik (Gaffar, 2020). Tahapan Systematic Literature Review diantaranya planning, data collection, analysis, dan synthesis. Literatur yang digunakan dari empat database yaitu Taylor and Francis, Sage, Google Scholar dan PubMed. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan artikel Internasional dengan proses penyaringan artikel menggunakan diagram PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru penjas dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani secara offline dengan memberikan aktivitas fisik seperti push-up, sit-up, sprint dsb. Pembelajaran online guru penjas memberikan video tutorial berupa aktivitas fisik siswa selama mereka belajar di rumah. Pelaksanaan blended learning secara offline di sekolah guru penjas memberikan pembelajaran kepada siswa berupa aktivitas fisik langsung yang mencakup pada komponen kebugaran dan pelaksanaan blended learning secara online guru penjas menyediakan video pembelajaran berupa aktivitas fisik siswa yang dikirim melalui youtube serta memanfaatkan aplikasi pendeteksi kebugaran pada olahraga lari berupa Strava, En-domondo, RunKeeper atau Runtastic. Kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam pembelajaran blended learning pada pendidikan jasmani yang diharapkan belum optimal, karena pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik siswa secara langsung di sekolah belum berimbang dengan aktivitas fisik siswa yang dilaksanakan secara online di rumah. Kurangnya bimbingan orangtua dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik siswa di rumah mengakibatkan para siswa tidak dapat melaksanakannya dengan maksimal. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's efforts to improve students' physical fitness in physical education blended learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, to find out the implementation of blended learning in improving students' physical fitness in physical education during the Covid-19 pandemic, to find out the results of students' physical fitness in blended learning in physical education during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, researchers used the Systematic Literature Review method which allows evaluation and interpretation of all accessible research that is relevant to research questions, training materials, or interesting events (Gaffar, 2020). The stages of Systematic Literature Review include planning, data collection, analysis, and synthesis. The literature used was from four databases namely Taylor and Francis, Sage, Google Scholar and PubMed. The articles used in this study are international articles with an article screening process using PRISMA diagrams (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). The results of the study show that the efforts of the physical education teacher in improving physical fitness offline by providing physical activities such as push-ups, sit-ups, sprints etc. Physical education teachers provide video tutorials in the form of physical activity for students while they are studying at home. Implementation of offline blended learning in physical education teacher schools provides learning to students in the form of direct physical activity which includes the fitness component and implementation of blended learning online. Strava, Endomondo, RunKeeper or Runtastic. It is hoped that the physical fitness of students in blended learning in physical education is not optimal, because the implementation of students' physical activities directly at school has not been balanced with students' physical activities carried out online at home. Lack of parental guidance in carrying out student physical activity at home results in students not being able to carry it out optimally.
