ANALISIS KESETARAAN METABOLIK AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE MAHASISWA

Noviya, - (2022) ANALISIS KESETARAAN METABOLIK AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE MAHASISWA. S1 thesis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

    Abstract

Questionnaire CDC HRQoL-14 digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat health-related quality of life pada seseorang.

The purpose of this study was to examine the metabolic equivalence in carrying out physical activity with the level of health-related quality of life in college students. The method used is a cross sectional study. The participants in this study were 111 Indonesian University of Education students with the sampling technique using cluster random sampling. The instrument used is the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) used to measure a person's physical activity based on Metabolic Equivalent Tasks (METs). The CDC HRQoL-14 Questionnaire is used to measure the level of health-related quality of life in a person. The results of processing the data in this study showed that there was no significant relationship between the metabolic equivalence of physical activity and HRQoL because the value of P = 0.965> 0.05. This shows that the metabolic equivalence of physical activity cannot be a contributing factor to the quality of life in college students.
Keywords: Physical activity, Quality of life, Healthy life, METs
