Abstract

Pada kasus COVID-19 untuk tetap menjalankan tugasnya melayani pemustaka, Perpustakaan UPI memanfaatkan pelayanan secara daring melalui e-Resources yang dilanggannya.Salah satunya dengan melanggan layanan aplikasi remote access e-Resorces berbasis web, MyLOFT. Suatu aplikasi dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik, melalui tampilan dan fitur yang dimuat didalamnya untuk menunjang kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi sivitas akademika UPI mengenai user interface pada aplikasi remote access MyLOFT. Mengggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan mentode survei, serta menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang disebar melalui daring. Menggunakan teknik sample random samplinng dalam menentukan 93 sample responden dari populasi sivitas akademia UPI pengguna MyLOFT. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan QUIS Versi 7.0 yang mana alat ukur serta teknik pengolahan datanya telah ditentukan yaitu, skala likert dan thustone serta analisis data mencari mean,media, serta modus dari hasil data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan sivitas akademika UPI merasa puas dengan user interface pada aplikasi remote access MyLOFT dengan perolehan nilai mean atau rata-rata 7.4, nilai median 8, serta nilai modus 8. Adapun yang harus dilakukan evaluasi terhadap aplikasi remote access MyLOFT adalah penambahan fitur dan sosialisasi MyLOFT yang kurang maksimal. In the case of COVID-19 to continue to carry out its duties to serve users, the UPI Library utilizes online services through e-Resources which One of them is by subscribing to the remote access e-Resorces , MyLOFT. An application is required to provide the best service, through the appearance and features contained in it to support user satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how the UPI academic community perceives the user interface in the MyLOFT application. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, with a survey method, and using a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed online. Using a random to determine a sample of 93 respondents from the population of UPI academicians who use MyLOFT. The research instrument uses QUIS Version 7.0 where the measuring tools and data processing techniques have been determined, namely, the Likert scale and thustone and data analysis looks for the mean, media, and mode of the data results. The results showed that overall UPI academics were satisfied with the user interface in the MyLOFT application with a mean or average value of 7.4, a median value of 8, and a mode value of 8. What must be evaluated on the MyLOFT application is the addition of features and MyLOFT socialization. which is less than the maximum.
