    Abstract

    This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm performance with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling measuring 51 transportation and logistic companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Malaysia Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange, and Stock Exchange of Thailand during 2019-2020 period. The analytical techniques used are Random Effect Model. The result showed that capital structure had a possitife effect on financial performance and Good Corporate Governance doesn’t moderate relationship between capital structure and firm performance
