Abstract

Evaluasi harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan agar mengetahui hasil dalam membandingkan tolak ukur untuk mendapat perbaikan Untuk keberhasilan sebuah pelatihan maka perlu dilakukannya evaluasi pelatihan. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai Implementasi Evaluasi Kirkpatrick Level Reaksi dan Pembelajaran Pada Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Bagi Petani Muda di BBPP Lembang, dengan menggunakan teori Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level 1 dan 2. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling yaitu dalam pengambilan sampel sumber data melalui pertimbangan tertentu, yang dianggap paling tahu tentang apa yang terjadi sesungguhnya di lapangan sehingga memudahkan peneliti untuk mengetahui objek yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara dilakukan observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah itu memahami hasil dari Teknik pengumpulan data tersebut lalu mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: evaluasi pelatihan level satu yaitu reaksi terdapat variasi reaksi pelatihan, Sebagian merasa puas dengan pelatihan tersebut akan tetapi masih ada peserta yang merasa kurang puas dengan pelatihan yang diberikan. Reaksi kepuasan peserta dapat ditingkatkan mengenai fasilitas dan kedekatan antara instruktur dengan peserta pelatihan. Setelah itu evaluasi level dua yakni pembelajaran bahwa peserta mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan berhasil melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, akan tetapi peserta merasa bahwa materi yang diberikan Sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Peserta ingin instruktur yang diberikan tidak hanya dari pihak BBPP saja melainkan mendatangkan instruktur praktisi usaha langsung ke dalam kelas. Kata kunci: evaluasi pelatihan, Kirkpatrick   Evaluation must be carried out systematically and continuously in order to find out the results in comparing benchmarks for improvement. For the success of a training, it is necessary to conduct a training evaluation. This study examines the implementation of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation of Entrepreneurship Training for Young Farmers at BBPP Lembang with using Kirkpatrick theory. This study aims to describe Kirkpatrick's evaluations at levels 1 and 2. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely in taking samples of data sources through certain considerations, which were considered to know the most about what was actually happening in the field, making it easier for researchers to find out the object under study. Data collection techniques by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. After that, understand the results of the data collection technique and then draw conclusions. The results showed that: the evaluation of level one training, namely the reaction there were variations in training reactions, some were satisfied with the training but there were still participants who were not satisfied with the training provided. Participants' satisfaction reactions can be improved regarding the facilities and the closeness between the instructor and the trainees. After that, the second level evaluation is learning that the participants achieved the desired goals and succeeded in carrying out the training activities, but the participants felt that the material provided was mostly in accordance with their needs but participants wanted the instructors given not only from the BBPP but to bring in instructors business practitioners directly into the classroom.
