Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyelenggaraan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia hingga saat ini dari jenjang pendidikan dasar hingga menengah sebagaian besar menggunakan sistem paket, hal ini dinilai kurang sesuai dengan kemampuan, bakat, dan minat peserta didik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Pemerintah membuka kesempatan kepada SMA Negeri 10 Bandung untuk menerapkan Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan implementasi Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode deskriptif untuk memahami secara mendalam berbagai masalah yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini. Untuk memperoleh informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini yang pertama dijelaskan alasan penerapan Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) di SMAN 10 Bandung yang secara berturut-turut menjadi sekolah rujukan, yang kedua perencanaan pembelajaran sejarah menggunakan Sistem Kredit Semester yang dilakukan guru adalah merancang silabus, RPP dan juga MBKM pembelajaran, ketiga Impelemntasi pembelajaran sejarah menggunakan Sistem Kredit Semester yang dilakukan sekolah dan guru berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk pelaksanaanya, terakhir adalah kendala dan juga upaya guru dalam penerapan sistem kredit semester pada mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 10 Bandung ditemukan kendala yang dialami sekolah guru dan siswa terhadap pelaksanaanya, kebijakan sekolah yang tidak sistematis dan terstruktur dalam mengembangkan kebijakan mengenai pelaksanaan SKS, dan kendala guru yang kesulitan jika harus selalu melayani peserta didik kapanpun hingga mencapai ketuntasan yang ditentukan, lalu peserta didik yang kewalahan jika mengikuti program percepatan dengan SKS di kondisi yang berubah-ubah pada akhirnya tidak maksimal implementasi Sistem Kredit Semester di SMAN 10 Bandung. To overcome these problems, the Government opened up opportunities for SMA Negeri 10 Bandung to implement the Semester Credit System (SKS). The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Semester Credit System (SKS) in history subjects at SMA Negeri 10 Bandung. In this study, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, descriptive method to understand in depth the various problems that are the focus of this research. To obtain information, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings of this study are the first to explain the reasons for implementing the Semester Credit System (SKS) at SMAN 10 Bandung which are successively reference schools, the second is planning learning history using the Semester Credit System by the teacher is to design the syllabus, lesson plans and also MBKM learning, third The implementation of history learning using the Semester Credit System carried out by schools and teachers tried their best for its implementation, the last one was the obstacles and also the teacher's efforts in implementing the semester credit system in history subjects at SMA Negeri 10 Bandung found obstacles experienced by teachers and students in implementing it, school policies that are not systematic and structured in developing policies regarding the implementation of SKS, and the obstacles of teachers who have difficulty if they have to always serve students at any time until they reach the specified completeness, then students who are overwhelmed if participating in the acceleration program with Credits in changing conditions in the end the implementation of the Semester Credit System at SMAN 10 Bandung is not optimal Keywords: Semester Credit System, History Learning, Matery Learning
