Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan, termasuk layanan program pendidikan lembaga kursus dan pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan selama masa pandemi Covid-19, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta kesiapan peserta kursus dalam mengikuti pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method dengan jenis Convergent Design (one phase design). Penelitian ini mengumpulkan informasi aktual secara rinci dengan pendekatan kualitatif (wawancara semi terstruktur) kepada satu pengelola dan dua instruktur, serta pendekatan kuantitatif (kuesioner kesiapan pembelajaran) kepada 20 peserta didik dalam penyelenggaraan program kursus dan pelatihan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di LKP Nuning Cimahi Jawa Barat Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa layanan program yang diselenggarakan adalah Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran blended learning, pengelolaan LKP Nuning selama masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan program, menetapkan pembelajaran online ke dalam visi dan misi lembaga, menetapkan input program dan stakeholder, melaksanakan program, serta melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan program. Faktor pendukung terdiri dari kerjasama dengan stakeholder, faktor penghambat terdiri dari fasilitas pembelajaran, lebih spesifik lagi yang berkaitan dengan koneksi internet. Selain itu, kesiapan peserta kursus dalam mengikuti program kursus selama masa pandemi Covid-19, termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan menambahkan pembelajaran online atau blended learning kedalam visi dan misi, dapat menjadi suatu nilai tambah bagi lembaga kursus dan pelatihan. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Lembaga kursus dan pelatihan, Pandemi Covid-19 The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the implementation of education, including educational program services for courses and training institutions. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the Course and Training Institute during the Covid-19 pandemic, the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the readiness of course participants during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used in this study is a mix method with the type of Convergent Design (one phase design). This study collects detailed actual information using a qualitative approach (semi-structured interviews) to one manager and two instructors as well as a quantitative approach (learning readiness questionnaires) to 20 students in organizing courses and training programs during the COVID-19 pandemic at LKP Nuning Cimahi West Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the management of the Nuning Course and Training Institute during the Covid-19 pandemic went through the stages of analyzing program needs, establishing online learning into the institutions’s vision and missions, determining program and stakeholder inputs, implementing programs, and improving programs. The program service held is the Entrepreneurial Skills Education Program by applying the blended learning method. Supporting factors consist of collaboration with stakeholders, participation of policy makers, inhibiting factors consist of learning facilities, more specifically related to internet connections. In addition, the readiness of course participants to take part in course programs during the COVID-19 pandemic is in the very good category. By adding online learning or blended learning into the vision and mission, it can be an added value for course and training institutions.
