Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran mikro terhadap kesiapan mengajar PPL mahasiswa PPL FPEB Universitas Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Manajemen Bisnis, Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran angkatan 2017 yang telah selesai mengikuti mata kuliah pembelajaran mikro dan telah melaksanakan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dengan jumlah 307 mahasiswa, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 174 mahasiswa dengan teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disusun dalam skala numerik. Dalam penelitian ini terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian instrumen yaitu dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian normalitas data, dan terakhir dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t diketahui nilai thitung > ttabel (11,506 > 1,654), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya bahwa Pembelajaran mata kuliah micro teaching berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kesiapan mengaja mahasiswa PPL. Kemudian peneliti melakukan perhitungan koefisien determinasi besarnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,659 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,435 yang artinya pengaruh Pembelajaran matakuliah micro teaching (X) terhadap kesiapan mengajar (Y) adalah sebesar 43,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain (diluar model regresi atau variabel yang tidak diteliti). This study aims to determine the effect of micro learning on PPL teaching readiness of PPL FPEB University students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The population in this study were students of the Accounting Education Study Program, Economic Education, Business Management Education. Office Management Education class of 2017 who have finished taking micro learning courses and have implemented the Field Experience Program (PPL) with a total of 307 students and samples taken. as many as 174 students with a simple random technique (Simple Random) Data collection technique using a questionnaire arranged on a numerical scale. In this study, the instrument was first tested by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. Furthermore, testing the normality of the data, and finally testing the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test tcount are known to be 8.546. If it is compared to ttable, it is 1,654 tcount > ttable 11,506 > 1,654. H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of micro teaching on the readiness to teach PPL students. Then the researchers calculated the coefficient of determination with the results of 43,5% This shows that 43,5% of the variation in teaching readiness can be explained by Micro teaching variable, while the remaining 56,5% is influenced by other variables.
