Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan komunikasi verbal yang terjadi antara siswa dan guru pada saat pembelajaran di kelas, untuk mengetahui masalah yang timbul akibat komunikasi verbal serta untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang baik yang harus di terapkan di antara siswa dan guru pada saat pembelajaran di kelas IV di SDN Karang Satria 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Subjek dan penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN Karang Satria 04 yang berjumlah 10 siswa dan guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola komunikasi verbal memiliki peranan penting dalam suatu penyampaian informasi terkait pembalajaran disekolah. Fase peralihan dari pembelajaran daring menjadi luring menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat komunikasi verbal, pemahaman karakter tiap siswa juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam komunikasi verbal. Selain daripada itu berkembangnya berbagai metode bisa dijadikan solusi untuk memberikan banyak pilihan kepada para pengajar, seperti melakukan ice breaking ditengah pembelajaran dan juga pengenalan karakter lebih mendalam terhadap masing-masing siswa merupakan suatu hal yang sangat amat perlu dipertimbangkan oleh para pengajar, agar komunikasi verbal dapat efektif dilakukan. ----- This study aims to find out verbal communication activities that occur between students and teachers during learning in class, to find out the problems that arise due to verbal communication and to find out good communication patterns that must be applied between students and teachers during learning in grade IV at SDN Karang Satria 04. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The subjects and research were grade IV students of SDN Karang Satria 04, totaling 10 students and teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques with interviews and observations, data analysis techniques use interactive analysis. Overall, the results of this study show that verbal communication patterns have an important role in conveying information related to learning in schools. The transition phase from online to offline learning is one of the factors inhibiting verbal communication, understanding the character of each student is also an inhibiting factor in verbal communication. In addition, the development of various methods can be used as a solution to provide many options to teachers, such as ice breaking in the middle of learning and also deeper character recognition of each student is something that very very much needs to be considered by teachers, so that verbal communication can be effectively carried out.
